The property is in a convenient location that is walkable and decently close to most things. The rooms were not ready at 5PM when we arrived and we had to wait an additional hour for the room to be ready. The rooms are tiny but cute and clean. The terraces and views from the rooms are really cool. The staff didnt say anything about my VIP Access benefit and when i asked they gave me a different perk than the one in the booking path.

Not for those of us over 40
The Arlo is in a really convenient location near Soho that feels very safe. The staff were super friendly. But for a couple in their 40s (or older), this isn’t your hotel. The room was super small, and the bed (although comfortable) was pushed up against the window. The whole vibe is very dorm-room-esque. Towels were scratchy. But the worst thing that happened was the very loud, very drunk people in the room next to us, around 3 am one of them locked themselves out of the room and banged incessantly at the door. Security was called and the situation eventually resolved but it was awful and when I went to the desk to discuss it the next morning, the best they could do was a free coffee. The point is is that if you’re looking for an elevated NYC wknd, this isn’t your hotel. If you are young and ready to party, it’s your vibe.

Horrible experience. No housekeeping was done, kitchen closes early, disgusting view for the room (city view), small tiny room. Not worth 1k USD. I Do not recommend this hotel.

Super small rooms. Won't be staying here again for this reason. Good location and great service. If you're ok with a super small room and a weird bathroom situation, it'll be a great place to stay!

Had an awesome stay at the Arlo in Soho. Great vibes on checkin to checkout, had a great stay and the room was perfect. The whole area is really nice and you even get a discount with LTD Pizza next door, which is well worth a visit! Get on it!
