There was a bed bug infestation. They changed our room but didn't refund the days we were in the infested room. My wife was bitten five times in the room. We were unable to visit family on the trip which was the purpose of our visit because of our exposure. It ruined the trip. They said they brought in an inspextor who cleared the room, so I suspect they just put ut back in service for other travelers to be inconvenienced by.

The staff are so nice and friendly. We got a lower level bedroom at first and the windows were facing a rooftop bar. We asked for a higher floor and the staff made it happen. Thank you! The room is good, the view is amazing. There are two types of “King bedroom corner city view room”. The one we got wasn’t much of a ‘corner room’ which was disappointing.

We ended up staying at Marriott Residence as the early check in we requested and confirmed for the Courtyard, due to 3:00 show tickets, was not available upon arrival. Our second request to the front desk resulted in a very satisfactory resolution with a room in the Residence, and we will definitely be back and recommend the hotel because of this.

My recent stay at the Courtyard by Marriott New York Manhattan/Central Park was absolutely delightful. From the moment I arrived, the staff went out of their way to ensure I felt welcomed and comfortable. The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk team was friendly and efficient. The location of the hotel is unbeatable—just a short walk to Central Park, Times Square, and many other iconic NYC attractions. Whether you're in town for business or leisure, the convenience of being in the heart of Manhattan can't be overstated. The room was modern, clean, and well-appointed, with a breathtaking view of the city. The bed was comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day of exploring. We truly did not understand the low rating of our room, we almost switched hotels because of this. We had a corner room with a view on the 26th floor. Our room was clean, had a bathtub, and an awesome view. We would give this room a 9 because of the view.
