Loved the property itself. The bar was great and the bartender, Phil was great.
However, I had no hot water in my room and even after I informed the front desk of the issue they did not have the problem fixed. I even gave a time frame when I would be gone so that they would have time to fix it. Still, it wasn’t fixed. I asked for another room and the front desk lady curtly said, “well, we can do that but you will have to move your things to the next room yourself!” She then changed her tune claiming that she only told me that I’d have to pack my own clothes. Them, the bellman was never sent as I had requested after telling the front desk that I needed to get ready to go to a show. My room
Was not the only one with hot water issues. I talked to a lady at the bar who was complaining about the same thing.
Also, I do wish there was an in-house gym.
I was told that we had to walk several blocks to another building to access a gym. That was very inconvenient
