My adult daughter and I were in NYC for some sporting events and sightseeing. This hotel was perfect. It was steps from anything we needed. The rooms are small but so very comfortable and clean. The staff was very kind and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again.

The location and amenities made the stay enjoyable. The attached Restaurant Sarafina was great, easy area to navigate and close to transportation. Will definitely be returning.

Location location location
Amazing location for everything we wanted to do in NYC! Very close to Central Park. And Broadway. Subway easily accessible. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We had a good breakfast and a wonderful dinner in the restaurant. Visited with our 16 and 20 year old sons.

This property is fine. However I checked in here when my flight was cancelled. One of the selling points was that it had laundry as one of its amenities, sending cloths out for dry cleaning is not having a laundry. This was unfortunately very mis leading. I had to drag my cloths 5 blocks in what turned out to be tte pouring rain to do laundry. I know laundry isn’t a daily guest need but laundry and the cleaners are two way different things. Sending your cloths out is common. Also the fridge that I was briefly excited about didn’t work. The room is quite serviceable and very quite. The staff has been very nice.

This place has an obvious mold and or mildew problem. Would never have stayed here at nearly 300 a night if I had known how badly it smelled. Super disappointed. Would never recommend.

Situated in a great area, with public transportation nearby. A few blocks away from Central Park as well as Time Square. Rooms are a bit small but if you’re out and about most of the day, then it’s no bother. The fridges didn’t work on my trip and you do need to go to the front desk if you want ice, no ice machines. Elevators are small, one can fit 4 people without luggage, the other 8 without luggage, so expect to wait a bit since only 2 out of the 3 elevators are for customer use. Third elevator is for the rooftop bar.

Not what i thought or expected..
We booked 1 room for all 4 of us. When we arrived they said they didn't have anymore double rooms. We were told that the rooms should be adjoining, they were not. They did not explain the elevator (willnot move unless you swipe a room card, that could have just been because I had never been in an elevator like that). We got to the rooms and they smelt really bad. They came in to clean the room each day, but they would shive our stuff aside that we had folded and out of the way. I was excited about the roof top area. The pictures did not show what it was really like. It was very small and most of the benches were gone. There was not a place to sit and enjoy.

Great staff …good location BUT check yoyr room before you unpack …last time we were adjacent to construction…7AM-6PM…this time windows had no drapes and street billboards flashed all night !!!…bring your own masks
