The room was amazing. We had the 2 bedroom suite and it was very spacious with beautiful views. Staff was excellent and friendly. Breakfast was an added bonus. We especially loved being able to have our luggage held before our check-in time and after we had already checked out. This allowed us the ability to explore a little bit longer without pugging around all of our belongings. The next time we come back to the city, Hotel Scherman is definitely one of the first places we will look for reservations.

Spacious, clean room. Took a second to figure out the AC/heater, but it worked well! The staff was very kind and welcoming. The area always seemed quiet and safe with even using your room key to open the door to the building. Nice walking distance to a lot of things. We didn’t get a chance to eat the complimentary breakfast, but I’m sure it was great. The rooftop terrace was icing on the cake and a special added bonus. Loved our stay here!

This is such a gem tucked away in Hells Kitchen on Restaurant Row. We’ve stayed in dozens of hotels in NYC through the years and this is now our go-to. Room was clean and charming, staff efficient and friendly, location central to shopping and theatres!
