The location of this hotel was amazing. So many restaurants and shops. Walking distance to many attractions. Close to the subway and Citibike stations. The service was friendly, helpful, and professional.

It is an historic building that is well maintained and updated. Rooms are small but it is NYC and an older building which is status quo. It takes forever to get a car from the valet. The valet ticket says to allow 40 minutes. We didn't notice that at first and was late getting to our venue.

Good, but no water?
Great location. Only issue was that the hotel did not have a water dispenser in the building, so you were forced to purchase bottled water from street vendors, or pay for the bottled water placed in the mini fridge.

The room was quite small, but it’s Manhattan so it’s to be expected. Make sure to ask for a city view unless you want to stare at a brick wall. Location is great, and the staff is very friendly/helpful. Overall I had a good experience and would recommend.

The room was much smaller than it seemed in photos. No robes, limited toiletries, window faced a brick wall, elevator was iffy! Then I had an unexpected charge that I had to dispute with my bank because they did not have a manager I could speak to.

Great location. Decent sized rooms and bathrooms, clean and modern furnishings, with all the necessary amenities including a fridge. Thankful for the umbrella in the closet because it started raining and I didn’t bring one myself. Staff were pleasant and friendly. Minor issues: low shower pressure, and inconvenient valet as it is not on site, so I had to wait 30mins in my car double parked on a narrow street while I waited for someone to arrive from the parking garage. Tip: if utilizing valet, call the hotel 30-40mins ahead of arrival so they can arrange for a garage attendant to be present at the hotel.
