Rooms were clean and facility was in excellent condition. Whole reason we went with this hotel was because it said the rooms were bigger and there was a fridge. There must have been a typo on the sqft of the room as it was still very small and minimal space to unpack your clothes. The fridge was tiny and froze everything. They switched it out with another one and the same thing happened. Bed wasn’t very comfortable either. Proximity to everything was great and the staff was very professional and helpful.

The staff was helpful. Juan recommended a great bagel place and arranged a car on a very rainy day when cabs and Ubers were hard to find. We also had a car for our trip to the airport. I thought we reserved a higher floor, but it was ok, we weren’t in the room very much at all. We felt safe and the location was great! Easy walk to Hamilton!

The room was a good size, clean, with a very comfortable bed and pillows. The staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel’s location is great for a mid-town focused holiday. The one minus is that the street traffic is loud on weekdays (early morning delivery trucks and nearby construction).

The room was very clean and the the body wash, shampoo and conditioner were of great quality. The personnel of the hotel was at all times helpful, attentive and courteous. Definitely I would stay again in this hotel and will recommend it to friends going to NY.
