The front desk staff has bad communication. I paid for a king room was placed in a double bed room . When I asked the front desk staff why , I was told they had limited king rooms and I couldn’t be placed in one although I paid for it . The Room floor and bathroom floor was dirty and sticky . There was also a dirty stain & hair on the bed . I have many pictures . Very Horrible Stay!

Terrible service. Broken elevator

Our experience at this hotel was terrible. The elevators were broken and we were unable to get to our room for over 24 hours. They told us that we had to take the stairs and we were on the 16th floor. This was absolutely unacceptable.

The hotel is on a good location. The room was clean but a bit cramped. Bathroom was roomy. It was not as nice as other Hilton Garden Inns we have stayed at. I’m not sure the square footage was accurate in the listing. I had reserved a King bed when I made my paid reservation over two months ago but the room had two standard beds. I did not understand why my reservation was not honored so we started the visit badly. The door to the room did not close properly. The coffee maker did not work and the refrigerator froze our drinks solid. Not an awful visit, but not a satisfactory one either.

Very good Midtown location and walkable to a lot of must see attractions and subway stations. The rooms are newer and very clean. Gave the property condition 3 stars because there were daily elevator issues, which was particularly frustrating since we were on the top floor. At one point the elevator wouldn’t go up unless someone on your floor pressed the button to go down. So we had to wait or walk up 21 flights of stairs. We waited… I know it’s NYC, but the room wasn’t cheap and in a 21 floor hotel you expect the elevators to work. Basic stuff.

Family NYC trip

The hotel was in a great location and not overly busy at night . We were able to get to everything we wanted to see . The price of the hotel items are uncalled for . Recommend going to the store down the road as it was extremely well priced . 2 waters for $1.20 . Eat at O’Connolly’s which is in walking distance you won’t be disappointed. It seemed like the outlets didn’t have full electricity as it took forever for our phones to charge. The elevators were loud so I would recommend a room away from them . Parking was super convenient. We would definitely stay again .
