Arrived around 4pm, had to wait about 15 minutes for check in, we were on the 14th floor, the room was basic, the view was another building! Bit very nice! The bathroom was ok with a shower and sink, shampoo, conditioner, towels and hand soap all included. The beds were ok, the pillows were quite noisy and to soft for my liking. The air conditioning was very noisy when on, we kept it off due to this during the night. The rooms had microwave, safe, iron, iron board and fridge. By the bed was one USB point and a USB point in the alarm clock too. The hotel was about 10 mins from Times Square and Central Park, there was a chickfila and McDonald’s about 5 mins away for late night snack.

Great hotel conveniently located in Times Square
Hotel was bright and clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was clean, modern, with a fridge, safe, and coffee maker. I accidentally left a very expensive curling iron ($200+) and was able to have it shipped to me. Would definitely stay there again. Convenient location with a parking garage a couple doors away. Between 5th and 6th Ave so you can walk to many popular places within minutes.
