Very quiet, comfy, and clean! The location is absolutely perfect…right in the middle of several significant areas but away from all the noise and crowds. This has become my go to stay in NYC!

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. I stayed here with my husband and our two sons, who were visiting New York for the first time, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The breakfast was overpriced with very limited options, and the dining area had no heat. We almost had to keep our coats on while eating, and the food became cold very quickly. Additionally, there was no option to purchase bottled water, as it was unavailable. The restroom in the hotel was missing basic necessities, including toilet paper and hand soap, which was unacceptable. We were also concerned to see someone sleeping on the floor outside the hotel. The only positive aspect of our stay, and the reason I did not rate the hotel lower, was the front desk associate, she was extremely friendly and helpful.

Staff was great. The room was average at best. I booked early and got a decent rate, then watched the rate balloon the closer the arrival date approached. My guess is thats what landed me a room beat up and right next to the elevator.

Room was very large for NYC standards. Perfect location! We walked everywhere. Clean and very comfy beds. They also had a car service that we requested to take us back to JFK-- a lot cheaper than Uber. Will definitely be back!
