Staff was amazing. Courteous, friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The beds are very comfortable. The AC worked great. The bad.... Our door didn't shut all the way by itself. Had to pull it shut. Not a big deal, but worried about when others left the room. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Nice way to make everyone suffer when someone uses the toilet. Whoever designed a sliding glass door for a bathroom should have their design degree shredded. It blocks out no sound, light or smells. So, when someone needs to use the toilet at 3am and cant see, the whole room lights up like a spotlight. Top that off with the loudest flushing toilet I've ever heard and no way to actually close the door and your nice comfortable beds mean nothing anymore. The elevator was terrible too. Up and down 3 times to get to your floor. 10 people waiting in the small lobby because the lift couldn't make up it's mind. Overall. 3 stars. Great people/staff. Convenient location. Nice beds (although small). Terrible interior design. Bad infrastructure.
