First off, the location was an absolute dream. It made getting around and exploring so incredibly easy and convenient, which really took the stress out of our days. We loved how accessible everything was! And a huge shout-out to the staff! Every single person we interacted with was genuinely lovely and super friendly. They truly went out of their way to make us feel welcome and looked after, always with a warm smile. Their amazing service really added a special touch to our experience. Oh, and the room! It was absolutely sparkling clean and felt so fresh and inviting. It's always such a pleasure to come back to a spotless and cozy space after a busy day out.

Such a great place to stay! So close to the Broadway District and Times Square! The rooms were just what we needed and the staff was so courteous. I had left something behind and they graciously retrieved it and left at front desk for me to retrieve! Would definitely stay there again!

Great price for being steps from Time Square, Rockefeller Center, Theaters and Central Park, between 5th and 6th. Great spot. Room was small but fine. Room service quick and helpful. Noisy, but expected (street noise). Only suggestion..they need drawers in the room. Small armoire so clothes were always set around. Would definitely stay here again:)
