First time in NY wasn't aware that their trashes are left outside! Homeless people everywhere and urine smell outside of the building . Hotel and staff are great! NOT the outside part!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. All hotel staff were courteous and helpful. Even prior to arrival, when I called with questions, a staff member was always enthusiastic about helping. Felt the parking at $55/night was reasonable--and easy--for NYC. Parking staff also great. Had a mini refrigerator and microwave in our room, but didn't use them. Nice to have a Starbucks across the street--and so walkable to the many Midtown attractions.

I really liked the emplacement. It was a bit loud in the morning since you're next to Time Squares but it really is well located. Every major spot is from walkable distance.

Perfect location for a weekend getaway! Nicely appointed rooms, comfortable layout and bedding, smart TVs, coffee in the room, and very quiet overall. Exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it.

While the hotel was a great location a few of the staff members weren’t the nicest. Checking in was great, valet and the desk staff were nice, helpful and accommodating. Checking out the individual at the desk was rude not sure if he was having a bad day but his attitude was uncalled for and made what was a great trio and stay a bad way to end.

Superb location in Time Square, ideal for family vacation due to close transportation facilities, dining and shopping options. Breakfast could be better but it’s acceptable. Like 40 minutes walking to central park. Bus stops are actually better. Highly recommended
