My stay here was pretty much what I expected for a garden inn/inexpensive accommodation option. Front desk staff were helpful and nice. However, the room was very cold at night, even with the heater on, so a thicker blanket in winter months would be helpful.

Terrific customer service
I have come to NY for work many times, but never have I stayed at a place that was so attentive to its guests. The rooms are fair (but large), but the staff and service is exceptional. I would definitely stay here again.
