Perfect location. Just far enough away to be more quiet. Cloae enough you can easily walk or take the subway around. The bed was so comfortable, and I'm a picky bed person. Enjoyed the rooftop bar for drinks with a view.

Entire staff was great except for the host at the bar. This was one od the reasons I booked this hotel and it was unfortunate that bkth time we encountered her, she was unpleasant and didnt stay to enjoy the bar. Room was clean and will definitely stay again

Hotel was in a good location, reception staff and bell boy very helpful. However, our room was not the best. The wallpaper on the tv wall has bubbled, the sides of the bedside cabinets were sticky and dirty, housekeeping didn’t replenish towels. When we entered the room the first thing we noticed is that the curtains had come away from the rail so we had to have maintenance attend. Roof top bar is stunning, however service was very slow.

Returned to our hotel room to find the door open as house keeping had not shut the door. On the last day we had no towels and had to get house keeping to bring some up to the room No shower gel Limited lightning unless you have the curtains fully open Door didn’t work properly, had to get reception to re program our keys three times dust under the bed

Only thing I can complain about is size of room for the cost and sound of the air conditioning. It was absurdly loud when it turned on and woke me up multiple times. Besides that it’s a decent hotel.

If coming back to NY, I will be staying here again. Room was clean, they checked me in before 4PM thankfully. Staff was super professional. Nothing to complain honestly . Great stay 👍
