The hotel is in a great location. The room is small but it's fine for a short stay. The elevators were always an issue. A few times it took over 15 minutes to catch an elevator. It's an issue for a building that's over 30 stories tall. Also, the servers at the buffet take the food and even coffee creamers away immediately when breakfast ends. They don't even give a couple of extra minutes for you to finish up. It was a little annoying. The price for this hotel was great for midtown NYC. I would recommend.
