Avoid this hotel.
Small, unfriendly lobby, full of people waiting for the elevators which cannot accommodate the hotel capacity. I have never seen a 2 star hotel lobby with only 2 chairs for the patrons to sit!!!
Lobby at 'Motel 6' is much better….Rooms at Red Roof Inn are much more spacious!
This is a 45 stories building with only 4 small elevators... this design flaw means long waiting times and crowded lobby.
No bathrooms by the lobby, 2nd floor bar, or by the the breakfast areas level 1 and 2. So 100 guests are supposed to wait 5-10 minutes for the elevator and use the 7-8 toilets and urinals distributed between men and women bathrooms located at the C level.
This hotel has the smallest rooms and smallest sink vanity I ever experienced! A room of 180 square feet means less than 14x14 feet, they cramp 2 queen beds in there and market it as 4-people occupancy…
Bathroom door slides, as there is no space for a normal door to open
Complimentary breakfast is another “unforgettable” experience. The dining room on the second floor and the breakfast room on the main floor cannot accommodate the volume, so guests eat standing up, or while waiting for the elevator with plates in their hands, trying to take the food to the rooms… and these are people who paid for a 4 star hotel!!!
Manhattan skyline views from upper floors are 5 stars, linen 5 stars, service 1 star, front desk and lobby 0 stars, rooms 1 star, price unjustifiably high, overall a 2-star experience.
Avoid!
