The elevator situation was ridiculous and unsafe. I waited for 20 minutes for the elevator to take me down to the second floor.Then 30 minutes to go back up and the elevators were so full it woulnt even fit 1 person.People were waiting in line and it was a free for all to see who could make it in. We then had to check out and waited again 30 minutes with luggage in hand for the elvator to bypass our floor many times. Eventually I was able to make it in and the elevator stopped at every floor. Horrible and unsafe! Would not recommend to anyone...

Room was very clean, city view room had a great view of the Empire State Building. Staff came in and cleaned room daily, stocked fresh towels and removed waste. Will definitely stay again in the future!
Breakfast selection was surprising! Small rooms when you need to use the hideaway couch bed but very clean and efficient. Worst part was the elevator wait. It took a long time to get down from upper floors because the hotel was so busy.
Everything was great. The view from our room was great. Their room was clean. The service was good. The only thing that was frustrating was constantly full elevators and 30 to 45 minutes to leave the room and get to the lobby sometimes. Also, the breakfast was good, but, Very, very crowded and hard to get a table. But perhaps all hotels are like that in New York. Just a lot of people in a small space but truly did enjoy our stay here and the neighborhood was very nice and safe for three girls traveling by ourselves.

Unbelievably overpriced for such a bad hotel. Terrible breakfast. Had to wait 10 minutes for elevators in the morning and evening. No room cleaning until 5-6pm each night. Good location but everything else was not good.
Great place- tough getting an elevator in the morning.

The view from our room was amazing. We had plenty of space for 2 ppl and luggage in our room
Improvements #1 waiting on the elevator sucked. It is a major issue. We mostly had to walk down 17 flts. But had to wait when checking out due to luggage.

Very small rooms, too busy and had to wait forever for elevators.
The rooms are very small, we felt squeezed! Not good for a family of 4! The elevators take forever to come, you are better off on the lower floor. We were on 38th floor.
