The elevators are space too far apart-can’t tell which one is arriving.
Was advertised as happy hour yet my drink cost regular price.

We were there for two nights no one clean the room or refresh the room for the whole time
Good location for my business trip and hotel had free breakfast with a large selection and the Placery is a great spot to relax at or catch up on some work.
The hotel was comfortable, clean, and the staff was wonderful. The only negatives are the room walls being thin because my neighbors were very loud and the elevator was down for maintenance one day.
Very nice staff very helpful immediate response is if you need something everything was eating tidy good location very quick to get Ubers or taxis got an upgrade and had a beautiful view of the city was lovely
The door for linen chute was broken, it was slamming violently loud through out the day. It was extremely difficult to sleep with the level noise. When raised my concern to the hotel manager. He promised to send a technician to fix the chute. But it was not fixed. I was sleep deprived the entire stay. It was an uncomfortable stay with poor customer service.
Halls very narrow and unable to use mobility scooters in Halls and my able to get on elevators without getting off mobility scooter and maneuvering around . Also not able to get it inside room without same issue. Front desk staff very unhelpful. Wrong room type I reserved king and ended up with two queen beds. Very hard to get comfortable temp in room. Thermostats locked into temp range. No way for mobility impaired person to get into breakfast area. Very difficult to get into or out of building with mobility scooter/wheelchair if you have no one with you as there are no auto doors and you cant fit in roundabout door.
Fast check-in. Comfy beds. Clean room but too small , great location, great city view if room located on high floor. Limited lobby space, no sitting area. Parking is $50 after hotel discount. Breakfast is ok, don’t expect quality or service “paper plates”… expect crowds and wait times for elevators.
Staff was great. Room was clean and we would stay again. Only complaint would be they did not explain what they meant by "validation for the parking garage." It was still $60.
