Nice location but it takes up to 15 minutes to get an elevator. Rooms are clean but very small. Good Location near two subway stops. Safe neighborhood.
The breakfast quality was good. The quantity was sometimes lacking... running out of items often. However, the seating was not near enough. Options for no cost room service for breakfast may have solved the insane amount of people trying to get food and sit down at one time.
However, there is hardly any space in the rooms. Smallest space I have ever had to stay in... even in New York. There is no place for a table to even eat room service if it were an option at breakfast.
I really liked the size of the room and the views were amazing!! Julian at the front desk was wonderful! The breakfast was ok. The elevators were really my only issue. It took 15 minutes waiting on the 27th floor to finally catch an elevator we could get into and another 10 minutes of stopping at numerous floors until the elevator reached capacity.
Ridiculous circuitous route to check in ... if you follow the signs you go behind a wall, through a cafeteria and down a pathway - when all you need to do is turn left when entering.
Front desk spent a good 5 mins with a guest talking about his life stories and baseball while I stood there waiting to check in.
Got to my room and had to open the window as there was an overwhelming stench of bleach in my room. Only then to find toilet paper in the toilet. Not impressed.
I was there one night and only received housekeeping ONCE, completely skipped one day. When I mentioned it to the front desk they spent 5 mins checking their system to see why I didn't receive housekeeping yet never once received an apology or any type of compensation.
