It was literally just average. Elevators were the worst part - not only were they SLOW, but they sounded like they were falling apart.

The service is poor, the stay was uncomfortable, the hotel claims to be accesible for wheel chairs and it is not at all, the bathrooms are uncomfortable.
I want to thank those at the desk that helped me in my stay. Had a city view, it was gorgeous. The place was always clean, breakfast was good. The only complaints I could think of was the elevator taking quite a while, and the room being really warm. I did never the less enjoyed my stay.

The wait times for the elevators was horrible! We were on the 16th floor and many times we needed to take the stairs to go down because it would take more then 15 mins for an elevator to come. And with kids and strollers it’s not ideal. Also the room was exceptionally small. We’ve stayed in nyc many times but this was by far the most smallest room we’ve stayed in.
The room was very small, the breakfast was very poor, and it was the same every day for all six days with no variety and the food was of very low quality. The staff was 5/10, but the room attendant was 10/10. In summary, I don't recommend it. I wasted my money and I'm sure no one will give it back...

The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great The condition of the property is not up to the standard of a Hyatt hotel. The most painful experience is the elevator. There is no indicator light for the 4 elevators. So you have to keep looking which door will open.
There are a lot of people, and the buffet is small. You had to stand and wait for a table to be free to sit down and eat. The food was not always enough, but when it was enough, it was delicious. There was no place to hang clothes in the room. Only 3 hangers for coats and that's it. Clothes were always in a suitcase. The cleaning was what I liked the most. It was always clean. On weekends you have to wait a long time for the elevator
