Good location and clean hotel
Good location, very clean and comfortable rooms. However in the morning we realized the hairdryer was broken. We tried to call the front desk but no one answered. So we walked down to ask and were told they would deliver one when they could. After 30 minutes no dryer and we also missed our brunch reservation. We then walked down to the front desk again and they told us they were working on it Not exactly apologetic. The front desk gets backed up so beware if you have any time sensitive reservations. I would say customer service is excellent until you have a problem.
