The bed is horribly hard and the pillows are flat. Had to use three pillows. The subway is right underneath and you can hear it all night long. Be careful they charge you $35 per day and try to sell it by saying you have $25/ day to use in credits with it. However a water bottle is $12. Insane. Never staying there again.

My room was not properly prepared. The box of Kleenex was completely wet. The mini bar was missing bottles of water. Curtains were missing. Side of the lower part of the bed was dirty. Rooms need remodeling.

The concierge staff were excellent, very helpful. The room was quite nice with a very spacious bathroom. However, the only negative we had about this room was the constant hum of a motor (perhaps the elevator which was nearby) that was quite annoying at times.

Great visit to Times Square
Room was great. It was a junior suite. View was amazing as it was a corner suite. But there is no hotel parking. There was parking opposite to the hotel but with no in-out privileges. Time square was one block away from the hotel. Location was ideal. Lots of restaurants around the area.

Took my 11 year old daughter for her 1st trip to the US. Hotel was a good location - close walk to Broadway. I've been an IHG member for >20 years and am currently a platinum member of their loyalty scheme. Never in all that time has one of their hotels charged me for services i did not request. Upon check in i was advised i had to pay almost £65 for services e.g. laundry etc that i didn’t want. I was informed these were local taxes etc. My friends stayed in a room along the same corridor and weren't charged the fees. I appreciate NYC can be expensive, but why pay for something i didnt request / use? Felt like daylight robbery. I highly doubt I'll stay here again.

We really like the pillows and the beds. We could rest very comfortable. The location was great. Everything was closed to our hotel. Breakfast was good as well. Staff very nice. Would come back for sure.

Front desk told me that room I booked was unavailable. Then they made me wait 45 min in lobby and then put me in “penthouse” but no working air conditioning, no mini bar or water in the room and then charged me 3x for the penthouse room vs the price of the room I had booked through reservations, even though I was in room for less than 6 hours total. Horrible experience overall.
