The rooms are so small that you can only enter/exit the bed from one side. Very annoying. Also the elevator was broken several times a day making the wait for the second one very long. Also, room wasn’t cleaned till 4 pm which is when we wanted to go back and relax

It was attractive and had great facilities It was convenient and the staff were brilliant It was not very meticulously clean -( lots of debris down the sides of the fixed beds- booze miniatures etc) this was not the maids fault - she was doing her best - badly designed. When I checked my bill - seemed to have hidden costs - who understands this 30 dollar a day destination charge?

Everything was average, except for the staff who were very good. Biggest issue was shower leaked and seeped under vinyl flooring and thru cracks…so the floor was wet most of the time. Seems like it’s been this way for a while. I told staff so hopefully they get it fixed. Great area. Not many good hotel options in this direct area. I’d probably consider staying again if necessary.

Really cool hotel. Vibes were great. Nice and Clean. Small but that’s Expected in NYC. Tons of lovely food and drinks option close by. Little loud at night with Webster hall being right outside our window but not a huge deal. Would stay again!
