As usual, very courteous and quick Check In at the Front Desk with Javier and Liam! The bathroom is a bit tight in this room. But everything is very clean and well maintained. I always enjoy staying here.

I was blown away by the care and attention of the staff. This is an older property so I wasn't expecting the stellar service I received from the moment I checked in and throughout. The kitchenette was a treat. We only used the fridge and the table. My mother has a rollator and she was able to get around well. It is an older property but well maintained and clean. My request would be to add a wall handle for stepping into the tub.

Liam at the Front Desk was very courteous, quick and welcoming during check in. The Staff are always very friendly and helpful even when you do your laundry. I can see everyone always working hard to keep the place clean and well maintained. I always enjoy a wonderful stay here!

The room was clean, kitchenette was stocked, even had filled ice cube trays in the freezer. The neighborhood is loud, its Broadway, so likely not good for a light sleeper, but we had no problem. TV worked well. Bathroom stocked, lots of hot water, surprising for the 11th floor of an old building. No heating controls so at times chilly but there were 2 large blankets in the closet. Large ironing board and usb outlet in the lamp. The decor was OLD New York, so I liked it, but it's not styled modern. Crown mouldings were nice. The 2 bed room with kitchenette was perfect for 2 of us visiting to see shows on Broadway. Minutes walk from 30 rock, lego store, fao schwartz, times square.

In between seasons may be a deal breaker for some!

This place was large for a NYC hotel. When visiting in between seasons, you may experience it to quite hot since they havent yet installed the window fans. Other than that, the place was great and I would stay here again depending on the time of year.
