It was acceptable but I expected to be better. the bathroom wasn't very clean, and we had to ask them to come and clean it. There were hair everywhere in the floor. The most horrible thing is their wifi. They pretend that they have free wifi but either doesn't work at all or it's extremely slow to a point that you can't see or download anything. I am a frequent traveler but this kind of internet I haven't seen it anywhere else in the world. You can't believe the reality knowing the location of the hotel.

It's central and it's OK

The hotel is pretty centrally located, but perhaps because of this the rooms are small. It had everything we needed including a fridge, a kitchenette and a fridge - but add a queen bed and the room became very small. It was OK for a 4 days stay, but wouldn't have wanted to stay any longer. the reception team at the desk were always good, but the emails from reception manager that you get before hand are a bit like a lecture for being naughty. I get that there is information that they want to pass on, but it needs a significant re-write

For the price, this was an excellent accomodation option. It’s not 5 star but doesn’t claim to be, for what it is, it’s great. So central to lots of attractions and subway stops, clean and safe, rooms had safe and mini kitchens, and the staff were extremely lovely and helpful. I’ll book again if I go back to manhattan.
