Walking distance to Radio City Music Hall and Broadway (Times Square). Very clean and polite staff. Bathrooms were even surprisingly spacious. We loved it and will stay again.

Updated two bedroom with kitchen. Windows on three sides but no “real” view. Comfy beds, great efficient staff! Elevators a bit slow, traffic noisy at night. Building is right in the heart of everything! Looking forward to spending more time there.

I have stayed here a few times and I have enjoyed it everytime I do. The staff is incredibly attentive and the location is PRIME. The rooms are generously sized, and conveniently located. property website and expedìa indicated queen studio had stove and pots and pans. on 10/4 when i checked in my room had neither. i was then told there are 3 rooms without. i checked out on 10/5 and back in on 10/7 snd again amazingly i got a room without. thinking they target expedia bookings. i asked for a wake up call at 515 am and did not get it.

Great place to stay, a block from the Rockerfeller Centre, a few blocks to Times Square and the subway is half a block away. There is a great Italian Restaurant next door and a few other food stores close by you cant go wrong. There are only 2 lifts so sometimes there's a short wait for the lift. I would definately stay here again
