Our room was always nice and clean. The cleaning staff work really hard and do a nice job. Coffee and extras were not always stocked, but the front desk did a nice job of sending things promptly. The open air drug use in front of the hotel entrance is wild. But the hotel always provides a watchman to keep an eye on things and monitor people coming in and out of the hotel. They also periodically wash down the outside seating area because bums and transients lay down on them, causing unsanitary conditions. Overall, a good value for the area all things considered. The Holiday Inn just down the street has much worse going on out in front. I was under the impression that breakfast was included in our stay, but they informed me it’s an additional $27 per person for breakfast each day. The rooftop bar is very nice and offers a great view. All of the staff were very friendly and nice. I would stay here again. Very close to Madison Square Garden and subway stations. Penn station is only a couple blocks away. The beds are also very comfortable and rooms have great air conditioning. Would stay here again.

Had a great stay at the hotel. Although the room may be small for others, for myself, who was on a solo trip and don’t require much to be pleased, I can say I’m very happy with my time being there, and took advantage of the rooftop bar with the gorgeous night view to wind down.
