Room was fine and pretty quiet (24th floor). View was a brick wall. Wet carpeting was annoying. Skip the breakfast - coffee was burnt and undrinkable, omlete inedible, weird bad tasting pancakes. All of that after a fifteen minute wait for a table. Not ideal. Not sure there are great options (other than a McDonald's and Dunkin) in the vicinity.

Bed and pillows were lovely, but we were travelling with large cases and nowhere to store/ unpack. Rooms are very small. Bathroom was good with large shower. We enjoyed a night with friends on the rooftop bar, and enjoyed the sunset.

We stayed here with two small children and it was a very small room - but it was modern and clean. The elevators were a pain to deal with since there were only 3 of them and only 2 worked while we were there. So we spent a good amount of time dealing with that. It seems to be a theme in NY hotels with elevators. The location was fine, not a high traffic area like the areas around Times Square but still walkable. I probably would not stay here again. Service was ok, average at best. Front desk staff just seemed annoyed dealing with guests and they weren't the most welcoming. Overall - its a basic NY experience. Spend a few extra bucks and stay somewhere else.

The location was good , the rooftop bar was expensive, the breakfast isn’t included and is expensive, the rooms are very small and do not have a bathroom counter, but the shower was nice with decent water pressure, and the bathroom mirror had a light which was helpful. The beds and pillows were comfortable, the staff was friendly, attentive and responsive. There is not a pool, the ice machine is at the front desk.
