Stayed here for my mum’s birthday and had a lovely experience. We mentioned the occasion beforehand, and they surprised us with decorations, a complimentary cheesecake, and wine—it was such a kind gesture and really appreciated. The location is great—everything was within walking distance, including the subway. The staff were super friendly and even gave us cookies at check-in. The rooftop bar also had stunning views. Would definitely recommend!

My thoughts

The room was small but stylish. The false advertisements was disappointing. I signed up as an honor member, but since I wasn't gold, I was charged $7 for water! No Toothpaste. "Parking Available" was a $70 parking lot "not on site". and the Breakfast was $30 a person because I did not "request" for breakfast included. Which does not make sense.

Overall, a very good stay! The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our visit. The location of the hotel is both a plus and a minus—it’s very convenient, with easy access to shopping areas and a wide variety of cuisines, which we really appreciated. However, the downside is the constant traffic jams and loud noise at night, which might be bothersome for light sleepers. Despite that, we enjoyed our time here!
