Check in was frustrating as the computer system was down. I had requested early check in, so this was not possible with the system failure. The front desk handled it as best it could but it was a real disappointment. Furthermore, the in room safe, refrigerator and plugs/electrical outlets on one side of the room didn’t work, limiting charge up opportunities. Last, I expected the noise from the street but the room had noise coming from the A/C or machine room nearby. Despite using ear plugs that noise came through. I’m honestly not sure I would stay at this property again.

The place was WAY overpriced. The rooms were small and the bathroom with its lack of counter space was almost unusable. BUT... the beds were extremely comfortable and the veiw from the rooftop bar helped ease the pain. If it wasn't for the friendly, accommodating staff I may have asked for a dicounted price.
