If you like claustrophobia then this is the hotel for you! I walked in and could barely check in and get to the elevator. Limited menu options at restaurant. I will try somewhere else next time

Location was great and room had plush towels and great bed linens. Bathroom was good size though limited counter space. Room with King bed was very tight for space, even for NY. The length of bed was definitely not a regular king..more like a double so not long enough of you are over 5’8”. Loved the warm welcome cookies.

Overall great stay. The room is quite small (the packnplay I brought for my son just barely fit between the bed and the wall), but was very clean and nicely updated. The bathroom was fine sized (not too small) and also quite clean). I asked for extra towels and they were brought up right away. And the front desk staff was always very friendly and helpful.

Times Square is super loud at night, but this location is hugely convenient. Everyone is friendly and the dining options are fantastic.

Check in is 4pm. We get to the hotel at 1:30pm and left our bags with reception to come back at check in. We come back to check in at 4:30pm and our room was not ready until 5pm. Then the room they provided us was an accessible room not a regular room which we booked a regular room. The shower in the room did not work properly. The WiFi went in and out throughout our 3 days and on the 2nd day it was down completely for 3 hours for maintenance. If you want anything you have to go down to the front desk instead of calling.

The staff was very nice especially at the front desk. The room was clean and after wiping things down with my clorox wipes the wipes had no dirt. I would stay there again but would request a bigger room.
