Customer service was over and above anything I’ve ever had at any other property. I received a text every day asking how my stay was going. When I responded after midnight with a question, they responded in 20 minutes. They anticipated my every need. They opened every door. They did everything they could to make my stay as great as possible. The woman who was taking care of my room intentionally asked if everything was OK. Sitting eating a sandwich in a small area off the lobby, one of the workers gave me a bottle of water. I am so so happy I chose this property and will return.

The room was beautiful! But they changed me things I didn’t even eat at ALL I had to call multiple times to get it fixed and I still have not received my deposit and I checked out on January 31! Next time if there’s a next time I will have to record the whole room before checking out so there’s a time and date to have proof that nothing was touched in that room!

The room was in good condition, cleaning service was great. The AC/heater was not that good. Temperature outside was bellow 0 and the AC was in 65 we were freezing that night. Engeneering had filters changed but room never felt comfortable. Received a charge for under $4 still do not know why waiting for their reply. Could not sleep well due to cold. But all the rest was ok.

Great - the staff is amazing. Super responsive, and they acknowledge you everywhere if they see you in the hall or lobby or rooftop, etc. Bed was super comfortable. Not great - the rooms are a weird shape. They're small, which was fine for me, but there was very little floor space. There's also no cafe. If you're a light-sensitive person, the rooms facing away from the street are pretty dim, and vice versa. Definitely ask when you check in. Overall it's a great hotel. Modern, very calm given its location, and super close to everything most visitors are interested in.
