Great location but noisy as on 8th Av. Lovely staff and clean room! Our room was quite small ( we were not available to place and open more than one suitcase. Otherwise good. Lovely coffee shop just by the hotel ( Gorilla Vanilla) with lovely coffee and staff

Great location- easy walk to train station. The restaurant for breakfast was great - clean and comfortable- delicious pancakes! Great shower and nice to have mini frig and coffee maker. Very friendly front desk personnel.

Conveniently located close to Madison Square Garden and Time Square. Hotel is B rated. Clean, just older condition. Beds were very uncomfortable as they are warped and worn out. Staff friendly and attentive. Affordable for location. We were on 14th floor, not noisy at all but able to hear some sirens/horns at night. Would stay at this location again because of price point and friendly staff.

We found the central location of this hotel perfect for being able to explore both uptown and downtown NYC, but were disappointed with how small the double room was. It was impossible for 2 people to pass by each other to get to the window or tiny wardrobe on the window side of the bed, and so lacking in space that there was also no bedside table …. the side of the wardrobe was literally against the bed! There was also no appropriate space to store suitcases and we had to leave these almost behind the bedroom door (a definite fire escape hazard!) Wholly disappointed and we felt like we were staying in a caravan for the 5 nights :-/
