We came to the city for a quick getaway. This hotel was just a couple blocks from Penn Station. We got off the LIRR and easily walked to the hotel. It was super clean and staff was friendly. We were an early arrival so they took our luggage and we were off exploring the city while our room was readied. Everything we wanted to do was only a half mile or closer to the hotel. The black out curtain allowed for a great sleep and the bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Loved the location it was perfect! Only issue with the stay was the heating unit sounded like it was coming through the wall it was so loud we had the heat on during the day when we were out and shut it off before going to bed so we could sleep

Convenient and Friendly Hotel Near Penn Station
All of the staff members, from front desk to housekeeping, were excellent. Location was fantastic, short walk to Pennsylvania Station and many subway lines. And the Essen deli directly across the street was a well-priced, clean option for any meal.

New York rooms are small but this was ridiculous. Also every 10 or so minutes there would be a short low mechanical rumble that sometimes woke you up. This was room 904. Nice to get the cookies and the front desk staff was nice. Never made our room up on the 2 days we wanted it. There are better places to stay.

The room was so small and cramped…. Bathroom was tiny with no place to but anything. Refrigerator did not work properly, tv didn’t work properly, no extra pillows or blanket in the room. Very minimal on everything. Was not comfortable for 2 people with 2 bags sadly. Good location was the only good thing!
