Avoid this hotel at all costs.
Expedia’s screw-up meant my fully paid reservation for a specific room wasn’t honored. After traveling all day, my spouse and I sat in the lobby for over an hour before getting a key.
The “bigger” room they gave us was laughably small — we couldn’t even set our luggage down without bumping into each other. The bathroom? Even smaller. I later saw housekeeping cleaning a room across the hall that was much larger, yet I was told ours was already the biggest available.
Requests for basic things like towels, coffee, and toiletries took over an hour each time, and I had to ask twice. And despite me telling staff not to enter my room, they ignored that and went in anyway.
When we went to the bar and restaurant on the property, there was literally no one greeting or assisting guests. We stood there for several minutes with no acknowledgment, so we left.
To make things worse, Expedia only gave me $140 for the inconvenience — which doesn’t come close to the time, stress, and discomfort this caused.
Tiny rooms, slow service, zero respect for guest privacy, nonexistent hospitality, and poor compensation. Never again.
