Great location, but very disappointing stay. The room was extremely small—so small that there was nowhere to put our luggage. The mini-fridge shelf was wedged right up against the bed, forcing us to shuffle sideways just to get to the other side. I shared the room with my daughter, and for the price we paid for a king room, the lack of space was unacceptable. We were also supposed to receive a breakfast voucher through Expedia, which never happened. Elevator wait times averaged 8–13 minutes, and when one finally arrived it was cramped with staff and cleaning carts. Cleanliness was mediocre at best. We found an air mattress stuffed under the nightstand, along with chapstick, hair ties, and other leftover items—clearly not a thorough clean. Overall, this felt like Motel 6 vibes at the price of a high-end Renaissance. Location alone doesn’t justify the cost. P.s pics showing the room did not match the room I was in!

Cons- the room is small and the outside noise is loud (sirens, car horns etc) Pros- The staff is super nice and accommodating, they give you free cookies when you check in as well, the best was comfortable!.. but the best pro is the location! It is so central to everything and right around the corner from the subway. Would stay here again if in the city for price and location. Just bring some ear plugs.

Very friendly staff. Quick check in and check out. Perfect location. 10 minute walk to both train and bus terminals. Close to all city attractions by foot. Local train stops also cloae by vut very easy to walk to everything. Nice clean and tidy room with soft mattress and pillows. Black out shades block not only sun but street noise. Great rooftop bar with view of skyline. Definitely recommend and hope to return again soon. Thank you.
