Staff was overly helpful and kind. They helped upgrade us to an even better room which made our stay so much more comfortable. Especially for our dog.we usually get stuck with small rooms nd there is nowhere for her to move around. They happily brought up ice, a microwave, and a fridge which is rare at hotels so that was GREATLY appreciated.

Perfect location, great hotel
We had a fantastic stay at the Royalton Park Avenue. Despite arriving earlier than our scheduled check-in, the staff were very accommodating, allowing us to relax at the rooftop bar while they prepared our room. As we were celebrating our anniversary, I made a few special requests, all of which were fulfilled. I really appreciate the efforts of the entire team at the Royalton. The location is excellent, the hotel's atmosphere is lovely, and the staff are welcoming and always ready to assist.
