The property is good. The only thing I found disappointing was the fact that there is a laundry available, but the reception never has quarters to change, ending up in not being able to use this service

Our room had a great view of the Empire State Building. Two queen beds and small but all we needed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent and appreciated. We’d book here again.

I recently stayed here for 5 nights on a girls from from Oregon to NYC. The property was in a great location, easy to get to any place you wanted in the city. The building was older and the lobby is small'ish but the hotel has everything you need. The breakfast included was nice and had good options so you could start your day with some food. The breakfast area does get very busy and is pretty cramped, but that's NYC for you. We loved our stay here and will return again on future trips.

Not a great experience
Stay was not great. Management was not cooperative either. I had family emergency due to which I had checked out one day early but they were not helping enough to refund me my one day money despite staying there for 3 nights. I would never recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was my biggest pet peeve. It was the same for the 5 days. Literally feel it could be stepped up. Also, the doors to the hotel were never locked requiring the key card as stated on the door. Crystal (not sure of spelling) was the best employee there. Room was clean. Not the greatest view but not worst. Good location

Despite the high previous ratings, I found this hotel misleading. The rooms were too small and not worth the money. Additionally, there was a persistent bad smell in the room, which made it feel suffocating. For the price, the service provided was not satisfactory. I recommend doing more research before booking. If availability is an issue, this hotel could be an option, but be aware that the ambiance might be unpleasant due to the bad smell. There is valet parking available, but it’s better to park yourself in a garage as it will be cheaper. I suggest installing the app SpotHero and always parking yourself when visiting New York

I bought a city view and only got a view of the back of the next building. When I complained they said it’s all they had and basically get over it. The room was tiny. I mean really tiny. I expected small but this is listed as a studio? C’mon now. The last day and night we were there the air conditioning went out and they didn’t fix it. To say it was hot is an understatement.

Very convenient location, safe at all hours, close to the subway. Studio room with microwave and refrigerator was very convenient to have. Buffet breakfast with hot food was much appreciated, seems to be hard to find this these days.

Good location and close to many tourist areas. Some blood stains on pillow cases. House keeping staff were friendly. Certain front area staff were grumpy and seemed like they hated their jobs. Breakfast area is very cramped and can be difficult to maneuver around.
