Excellent updated older high end hotel with large rooms and superior staff. Bed and room was very comfortable. Bistango Italian on property was good with great service again. Very close to subway. Have stayed at numerous nice hotels in the city, this maybe our favorite.

Max was great help upon arrival and èverytime after when we saw him. The staff at the front desk was very welcoming when we arrived late at night. We called house keeping and they were friendly and prompt. It was great to see smiling staff throughout and they were happy to help. We will definitely be back.

This hotel is so spacious, I stayed with 2 children and they love it. The bed is comfy, bedding feels like luxury bedding, soft and fluffy. The kitchenette has all the essentials including a dish washer which was a nice surprise. Hotel staff are so friendly and accommodating, MD at front desk goes out of his way to give you the best recommendations in the city, he is always friendly and smiling.
