Needs an updated a/c system.
The hotel is clean and nice. The staff are all very pleasant. My only complaint was the a/c system was turned to "neutral air" during November, and so only warm air blew out. They suggested opening the windows, which i did, but it did not help (they only open 3 inches). So the first night i requested a fan. Slept okay. The second night it was even warmer and so i asked for a second fan. It was not enjoyable to have to make so many adjustments to get my room comfortable. There are also no convenient plugs at night stands. You have to reach behind it with quite some effort to plug anything in.

Property and suite were generally very nice. We were quite disappointed to find the tub and shower water to be very brown. After a long day of travel and walking the city, we were unable to relax and get cleaned up. I brought pictures to front desk and was told it would be looked into. The second night, water seemed to be fine. A slight tinge in bath, so again we were unable to bathe. Hotel staff never relayed info to us. Asked about the water at checkout and if they could offer any remedy. No manager on duty? Staff said to expect a phone call shortly to discuss. There has been no communication.

The staff, to a person, were friendly, helpful and attentive. The bed was comfortable and the noise level was low. I just would say that the hotel is showing its age a bit. The sample products were hard to get out of the bottles and (whispering) the toilet paper couldn’t be thinner.
