The staff are incredible! Location is amazing! Walking distance to Central Park, Times Square and Empire State Building. Having two bathrooms with the one bedroom suite was fantastic. Super comfortable bed. Highly recommend! Will definitely stay again.

Window blinds stuck in down position - so room was dark like a cave. Hotel knew that the blinds needed repair because they had a note on the blinds apologizing that they didn’t work. However, they never fixed them over the three days I was there. Weirdly they have blank plates on the walls where you would normally have light switches. So you have to fish around in the dark to find the switch on the plugged-in lights. Also, room was not clean - many stains on the walls. Elevators very slow. Location is good, but price not justified due to condition and poor management.

It was situated close to Central Park. It was more spacious than I thought. It was easy to get in and out. The only downside was that in the morning the lobby was mostly empty. There was somebody standing outside. We eventually figured out worked with the hotel.

Stayed here for 3 nights with my teen sons. Excellent location, very nice suite with 2 baths, a convenient mini kitchenette and the option to have or luggage placed in storage both before and after our checkin/checkout times. Made our Manhattan trip more enjoyable. Will definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.
