The room itself was very nice, but the bathroom less so. There were mineral deposits on all the fixtures. There were stains on the carpet in the hallway and the outside of the building and grounds were in less than average condition. Not a bad place, but not great.

Very nice hotel. Good breakfast. Not the nicest part of town. Kudos to their housekeeping staff who found my wife's jewelry bag that we accidentally left behind. They kept it safe until our friend could come get it and send it to us. Thanks for your honesty!

I have stayed here twice. Everything was consistent. The service was great. The room was a decent size. We didn’t have to trip over everyone in the room. When I returned to visit my niece. I will definitely be staying here.

Overcharged us and won't correct their mistake.
The hotel is fine. But a good hotel won't incorrectly charge you an extra amount, admit they made a mistake over the phone, but then take no action to correct their mistake. Of course, I can challenge the charges with my bank but that is extra work for me. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend a hotel that works this way.

The room was not bad but not great. I loved the whirlpool jacuzzi. The standup shower had a backup sewer smell every so often but it would go away after a few minutes. The bed was comfy and it stayed nice and cool, which is a Huge thing for me in the middle of July. Our friends booked earlier than us and there was a glitch in the booking. They were charged twice and are still waiting to get that charge removed. I did like the fact they had an extra blanket in the room as well and i didn't have to track someone down and ask for one.

Very nice people; excellent breakfast choices ( 2 kinds of waffles; eggs; 2 kinds of meat; pastries; fruit; coffee; cereal; breads). Room was clean but dark; AC worked, but was musty-smelling; bed was comfy, had plenty of towels. Would definitely stay again.

Hallway carpet 1st floor was dirty and my sheets were never changed the whole week that I was there, I have pictures, the bed was made but linen not changed. Also, on my last day and night there was I believe a family reunion and they were so loud and kid running around and not once were they instructed to be quiet and respect the other members. I also had $601 put on hold on my debit card finally on Friday it was removed.
