Quick and welcoming check in. Front desk staff was very friendly. Room was spotless. Comfy bed. Great value for what we paid. Attentive staff that handled our extra blanket request quickly. Definitely impressed and would come again. Parking is extra and had no issues with finding a spot as it was off season.

A good value overall.
The hotel was in an excellent location, right close to Clifton Hill and Niagara Falls itself. Within walking distance to plenty of dining and entertainment. The pool looked nice, although we didn't have time to use it. Breakfast was not included but was available in the hotel lobby. You could have the buffet or order off the menu. It was nothing spectacular and could have been cheaper for what it was. The bathroom was recently remodeled and very clean. The rest of the room was clean and in fairly good condition, with the exception of our heater/air conditioner. It worked alright but was kind of falling apart. The thermostat cover had to be removed to access the switch to put the fan on auto. The room had everything we needed and was comfortable. The only issue was a knocking sound I could hear periodically throughout the night that may have been loose pipes in the walls. Overall, I found this hotel to be a good value, especially being so close to all the attractions.
