friendly and welcoming staff at this hotel. The customer service was good and truly made our stay very enjoyable. Our room had a stunning view of the falls. However some of the furniture was not set to enjoy the view. The sofa in the seating area was not very comfortable and seemed to be stuck in a corner. In addition, the room could have been cleaner, especially the bathroom where we even saw a centipede. The glass shower also appeared to be in need of some maintenance with rusty hardware. We did have a meal at the restaurant on the mezzanine level, but it was a bit pricey at around $100 per person, not including dessert. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but there are definitely areas that could use some improvement at this property.

We booked a room with a falls view here and really enjoyed it! The hotel is nice in a quieter area. It is across the street from the falls and on the Horseshoe Falls end. You can see both falls, but you really can't see the fireworks very well. If the fireworks are important to you (and they really weren't for us) you may want to stay further down/across the street on the falls side. We would definitely stay here again though.

I like this hotel, the room was clean, spacious and nice with excellent view to the falls and Niagara river. The parking is very very expensive,two out of 4 elevators were out of service and the volume of user was hi forcing to take stairs. I would love if breakfast could be included, specially if there is an inconvenient like that
