Our room had the best view of the Falls!! Definitely enjoyed our stay, made our 20th anniversary more special! The staff were so nice & accomodating. The parking was pricey but the location was really super nice & close to the falls. they will also give you option to look around for a cheaper parking if you want. Thank you Oakes Hotel!

Very comfortable but washroom door was broken. It was a family so understandable otherwise I would’ve been hard and they told me I get the best view, but there was trees blocking the view. And I paid higher price for the full view

I arrived at the hotel about 7pm, due to renovations of a block of hotel rooms, they did not have a room for myself or several other guest. With there extreme apologies they had a prepaid reservation ready for me at the Hilton Hotel, a 4 minute walk.

Our stay at The Oaks Fallsview was disappointing due to the severely outdated rooms. The layout is awkward and uncomfortable, with the washroom sink positioned right in front of the entrance door, which felt very inconvenient. The only highlight of the hotel is the stunning view of the Canadian Falls, which truly is one of the best. However, to provide a better overall experience for guests, the rooms desperately need updating.

At first was not happy as they were putting me on 1st floor when I was told through Expedia my room was a fallsview room. Then they wanted to charge me for an upgrade but the staff girl did give me an 8th floor room overlooking falls so I was definitely satisfied but shouldn’t had to go through this in the first place

Unfortunately the whole experience was terrible. The heating was not working in half of the room, a leakage appeared in the washroom creating water accumulation on the floor, the room was overall dirty and not well maintained.
