I’ve stayed here a couple of times with my family and it is a very nice location. My kids love this place also. The views are fantastic and it is just a short walk to most everything so there’s no need to drive and park around town. It’s also fun and convenient to watch the nightly fireworks from the room. I’ll be staying here again on my next trip to Niagara Falls for certain. The staff are friendly, especially the room service.

sheraton visit
rooms - spacious and good view of falls - poor carpets - dirty - outside corridor tatty with paper peeling off and threadbare carpets service - non existent - beds not made - not cleaned - yet everyone eager for tips breakfast- terrible buffet and non existent service - made to wait for a table when lots of vacant tables - some one just plonks a carafe of coffee and that’s it - next time you see them is when they ask for tips !! when singing the bill - food overcooked and lukewarm - billing - be careful - they sneak in charges like parking etc ( i told them that i have not driven ) and unless challenged goes unnoticed. took me 4 requests even to get a kettle in the room budget hotels in the UK are better than this

One of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. First arrived and got a room with urine caked all over the back of the toilet and floor. Finally they switch my room to one where the ac doesn’t work and makes a lawn mower type noise. Finally I switch to my third room and the door lock stops working. I spend around 5-6 hours moving my stuff and dealing with hotel staff. They repeatedly offered me “free breakfast” and nothing else.

Horrible staff. Probably across the board in Niagara Falls, because tourists will go there they don’t have to try or care for customer service. Prices are exorbitant. The casino in this hotel is old and dingy as well. Disappointed!

There is no better vantage point from which to view the falls than one of Sheraton Fallsview's rooms. We were able to watch the fireworks as we looked down to the falls.
