Self parking is inconvenient and expensive. Washrooms in the rooms do not have slippers or bathrobes. Our shower was damaged, leaving you prone to slipping/falling. If you have mobility issues, beware. Restaurants are either very expensive (Massimo's), or don't serve good food (the buffet). We preferred dining outside for better options. Outside pool was nice, and there are a lot of places to visit around the property.

Our Sunday night was ruined by the woman in charge of the bar on floor 7. We booked a table to watch the fireworks. When we got there, she said she didn't have us on her list. We just confirmed our reservation during the week to make sure they had our name. That woman is terrible at her job. Then, we went back to our room to watch the fireworks and the people in the room directly below us were hanging out their balcony smoking. The smoke blew in our face as we tried to watch the fireworks. I looked down out of our balcony and saw their cigarette and smoke. I thought you had a smoke-free hotel that charged people at the minimum $250 for violating that rule. Those people below us should be charged considering I have asthma and can't be around cigarette smoke. The person at the desk did not offer any compensation for anything that happened. I am disputing this charge on my credit card.

We were well pleased with the location and amenities of the hotel itself. We were very displeased with the onsite tour suggestion. It was very very overpriced for what was included. The excessive charges to my credit card could not be explained so just hoping it all works out. The room was comfortable with the exception of the edge of the bed. If I turned to my right, I felt I was going to slide right off so I stayed near the middle on my left side. The buffet was definitely worth it and even though we didn’t have any kids with us it was ideal for families since kids ate free from 5-6.

The property was convenient to all attractions and the Wego bus. The falls view room with balcony was spectacular and well worth it, however housekeeping was lacking. For what I paid for 4 nights I didn’t see them clean my room once. I had to request clean towels and only then did they come and wipe the sink and toilet. Concierge service was extremely helpful.

Toilet was broken, took two different plumbers. Cleaned the floor with a towel and smeared poo everywhere and left like this, 3 hours with plumbers in room, I had to clean floor when paying a place to stay with them. Hotel never followed up. Parking is not included almost 50$ a night. Extremely loud children screaming through halls all night. The hotel is very dated at least where they placed us. Toilet that they had to replace was from 1966. Silicone in shower hasn't been replaced in years, black mould throughout. Just felt dirty and old. Maid carts are always in halls, five at a time so you can't walk through halls with ease all day until 7 at night. Too hectic for the price. Would pay more to have a better experience elsewhere. Buffet had terrible service. Never brought the drinks we asked for until we were leaving. Just a trashy hotel with expensive prices.
