No more breakfast
I've stayed here 3 times before, breakfast was always available as well as Starbucks brewed. I guess not any more. The pricing was also 40% lower than I usually pay, and frankly lower than Motel 6 so I shouldn't complain too much. Rooms were super clean, beds were comfortable, pillow was comfortable. I liked whatever brand shampoo is in the dispenser. Gripes: the parking lot was littered with trash, that part is in the hotel's control. I observed some adults cursing around children, smelled weed, and heard loud dogs barking. But, that can happen anywhere on any particular day. Regardless, would stay again if prices are in this range going forward

If I could leave 0 stars I would. There is NO breakfast service what’s so ever. They don’t give you a receipt when checking out. I stayed 4 nights. The 1st two nights they were trying to charge my card at 3/4 am. Thankfully it was lock. The room was dirty, the carpet was dirty. It smell BAD I literally had to bleach the bathroom and wipe down everything even the door knobs. Do not be fool. Just because it’s cheaper it shouldn’t be in the condition. Also no one came to change out towels

Property is old but upgraded . The space and room was big and clean. Hotel hallways carpet needs to be cleaned and more wash cloths need to be provided. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

I had the worst experience at the Sonesta Select Atlanta Norcross. The hotel was nothing like what was described online—absolutely disgusting and awful. The place smelled strongly of urine and weed from the moment we walked in. We booked with complimentary breakfast included, but they didn’t offer any, essentially scamming us. The customer service was terrible; everyone we dealt with was rude and unhelpful. On our very first stay, we even got locked out of our room because the key reader wasn’t working, and the staff didn’t care to resolve it quickly. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Avoid at all costs!
