The hotel itself was nice, but I was disappointed that, for the price, there was no complimentary breakfast or even coffee available. We stayed on New Year's Eve and attended the NYE celebration, which turned out to be a huge letdown. The advertisement was misleading, stating that the dinner and party package was $150, and the party-only package was $100 (which included a 2-hour open bar). However, the dinner and party package did not include the open bar, contrary to what was implied. Additionally, we were promised a complimentary bottle of wine, but it took a long time to receive it because the waitstaff couldn’t explain how to get the red ticket for the wine. There was only one bar available for drinks, so even with the open bar, you'd have to wait in a long line and wouldn't be able to get many refills.

Rainfall shower leaking, one of the bulbs in the room is flickering, table in living room should be replaced. Overall, good hotel and is better than what I would expect from what I consider to be an airport hotel

We would definitely stay here again. It was a quick overnight to catch a flight the next morning. We just had a few apps and cocktails at the bar. They were very good and the bartender very friendly.

Reception when we checked in was so helpful to us! Checked in early, got us a taxi, arranged shuttle to cruise and overall made three very tired travelers start our vacation right! I should have gotten her name sorry! But daytime around noon 1/3/25. Thank you!

The room was lovely, very large. The AC was not efficient. The restaurant was very good. Restaurant and bar staff were very good. The biggest problem was the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. There is supposed to be an online guest app to get the shuttle but it was not working. It took an hour to get from the airport to the hotel.

Very nice airport hotel. Professionally run. Clean, well maintained. Restaurant is surprisingly good. Staff is nice. Service is good. Price is reasonable for the level of service. They do a good job and they smile while they do it, which is a dying art.

This hotel has a super convenient location very close to Miami Airport and they offer a free airport shuttle that runs 24/7. The shuttle was super easy to find, they picked up us at Miami airport in just a few minutes, and the way back to the airport was also very fast. The room is super clean, modern and comfortable. This is definitely a place to stay in between connecting flights or even whenever visiting Miami and need a location close to the Airport.

It is an extremely comfortable room. Loved the glass shower with body jets, rain shooter, wand or regular shower head. Bed was out of this world. I felt completely pampered. We were lucky to stay there.
