I told the over night desk guy I was checking out early and I asked if there was a fee and he told me know. When I go to check out in the morning, the morning desk guy charged me a leaving early fee and still charged me for the extra day because they said I didn’t give enough notice. Then I call to ask if I can stay since I’m going to be charged anyway then they front desk guy said that I was supposed to check out that Saturday instead of the Sunday. Then why was I charged a leaving early fee plus the extra night. Terrible front desk people that will lie to you. So I’m out $150 because the front desk staff lied to me.

I booked two rooms. The first room was ok nothing fancy. The second room we weren’t able to check into because they weren’t ready yet. Not a big deal but later the room they gave us was not cleaned whatsoever which is why we waited in the first place. The bed wasn’t made, all the towels were on the floor and red dots of possibly blood on the bathtub and floor. The breakfast was good but as we ate in the lobby we heard the staff complaining about a guest who got stuck in their room and they couldn’t get him out so the guest was threatening to sue. Not something to be talking about around other guest.

Stay somewhere else.
We choice the place because of the rating. It is an older hotel that has not been maintained. The room was small and had a weird odor. The bathroom needed some work. It had an old jacuzzi tube that was disgusting. On the plus side it was quiet after people got to their rooms. The breakfast area was small and there was not much to choose from.

Room was ok and generally clean. A good deal for the money. Bathroom was a bit dated. Around midnight the last night the smoke alarm went off once and then began chirping. Went to the front desk but there was nothing they could do. Had to move rooms in the middle of the night

I liked everything except finding folded up dirty towels instead of clean ones. It appears a previous guest dirtied a couple towels and folded them back up.

Guy at front desk was very nice and helpful. We found the handicap parking that was next to entrance a bit inconvenient due to a whole row of cars parked directly behind us in fire lane. We had to back up over the side curb to be able to get out.

The hotel room smelled like cat pee. The manager there said he would not stay in that room but yet he would t give me my money back because I booked with Expedia. I contacted Expedia and they did nothing. The hotel manager never returned my call either after calling multiple times. I will never use Expedia again or stay at this hotel. This was absolutely ridiculous and neither party seems to care.

The room and hallway smelled like someone had smoked in them. Staff allowed folks in the dining and lobby area with no shirts and no shoes. Kids left crackers in the hallway and it was at least 24 hours before it was cleaned up. Will not stay there again. Management needs to be replaced.
