EH. It was a ok
Parking was HORRIBLE. Not enough parking for a 5 bedroom house. We had to park 1 car in tiny garage and then get creative for our other 2 cars. There were cars parked in street block access. also not enough linens for all beds, pullout bed had NO Bedding and downstairs bedroom has only sheets so comforter or blanket. There were no dish towels, no can opener, carpet was really in need of a good shampooing. Several Outlets in various bathrooms didn't work. Was told someone would come fix it, no one ever came. Community pool closes at 6pm.. Pool was nice and fun but they don't provide floats for lazy river. Trash pickup was supposed to be daily. There was trash outside when we arrived and it wasn't picked up until the next day and they didn't even get all of it. We had to complain to the person in the clubhouse to get it all picked up. Property management company was not helpful. They told me parking and trash was out of their control and I could try and find security on property and complain. Overall we had fun but I wouldn't rent in this community or with this property management company ever.
