This room features a formal dining area, which is combined with the living room and seats six people comfortably.

The open-concept kitchen leads directly to the dining/living room. It is fully equipped with every convenience you could wish for including: full size oven, refrigerator/freezer with icemaker, built-in microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster, KEURIG coffee maker, Kittle, pancake grill, Air-Fryer.

South Facing Pool and Deck Area:
This is the perfect place to unwind and take in the breathtaking view of the pool and conservation woodland. Extended pool deck offers the chance to relax in the sun all day and late into the evening. Relax as you watch the sun go down.
The large, private, southwest-facing screened pool and deck area features a 30ft x 15ft pool with underwater lighting for that evening swim.
A brand new Heavy Duty top of the line pool heater has been installed so guests who pay for pool heat, actually get a heated pool!! Pool blanket provided to keep heat in the pool over night.

There are four cushioned chairs and a table so you can sit and enjoy your meals by the pool. A covered lanai (patio/porch) with ceiling fan and pool lights provides the perfect setting. There are also two cushioned sun loungers and a small table for your relaxation.

Child lounge chairs and table also provided.

Helena, our host, was amazing. There were a few glitches, mostly with the pool, but Helena was quick to look after it. We lost 5 days of pool time but we kept busy with other things. It was a great holiday. Thank you Helena.

Nice house with a nice pool
My family including two older kids (15 and 22) stayed here for 4 nights. The house is well located with a short drive to to the I4 highway with grocery, food and gas close by. Neighborhood is quiet and the pool was nice on the humid summer days. Communication from Helena was excellent. Check-in was easy.

Wonderful Stay for a Family Celebration
We had a fantastic stay at Helena's property while celebrating our son’s college graduation. The home was extremely clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The private pool was a great addition, and the neighborhood felt very safe and the house has an alarm system. Communication with Helena was outstanding, making our experience smooth and enjoyable. Our family of five, including our daughter and son-in-law, found the space ample and appreciated having three bathrooms. The location was convenient with grocery stores, a pharmacy, and fast food options within 2 miles. We spent our days at Universal, Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom. It's worth noting that traffic on I-4 can be intense, so plan for a 30-45 minute commute to the parks in the morning and longer in the evenings between 5-7 pm. Disney parks are a bit closer than Universal. While the houses are close together, and we did experience some noise from neighbors and a barking dog a couple of nights, a white noise app easily solved this issue. The streets in the neighborhood are narrow with many parked cars, so drive cautiously as it can be tight with oncoming traffic. Our stay was very enjoyable, and we would definitely return to this property in the future. Thank you, Helena, for a memorable and comfortable stay!

Wonderful environment
From start to finish it was perfect. I can’t say enough positive things. Home was immaculately cleaned. Everything you could think of was there if you needed it. Reservation was so easy and contact with the owner via text was so convenient. I will definitely rent this home again. We were visiting Disney and this home was close by and close by convenient food locations. I really just can’t say enough positive things.

The owner of the home was very easy to contact and quick to respond to any issues. I would recommend this rental home to my other family and friends. Great location as well!

Where do I being? POSITIVE: Super clean and spacious. Well, that’s it. BAD: Houses are so close. Like being in a trailer park, tdriveway very narrow, Not for 2 Suvs. NO cell phone, NO Wifi, NO house phone. Owner called the phone co. We were without all services for several days. Before I move on: The owner did offer for us to leave and give us a full refund. We were not happy with that option since I have my sister and her husband with us. We could not go back to my house since my AC went out I was getting it replaced. We opted to stay. BAD decision. Ice from the ice maker frozen solid in ice pan. Fridge not cooling properly. Owner ordered a new fridge but delivered after we leave.Owner could have rented one for a week for us. Water backing up in the sink, the dishwasher was also backing up into the sink. Owner said she would get a plumber, that didn’t happen. Pots and pans are terrible. Largest skillet is 10 inches. 2 large pots,old & sticks and heavy. Air fryer had to push start button so hard your finger hurt, Had to hunt directions. MBR bed is so high. A step stool would be a great benefit. But good luck in getting that. The pool really murky and smelled bad. We were told it was due to the rain. Neighbors on both sides were using theirs. the pool guy came a few days later, He didn’t check anything NO handrails to the pool, we were told that was not a Fl requirement. The owner did give us $25.00 for ice we had to buy to keep things cold in our cooler. YOU DECIDE!!!

It was a nice place to stay, cell phone signal even with Wi-Fi wasn’t that good and that is really the only thing that we didn’t like. The owner of the home was very attentive to everything and made sure we had a nice stay and was very sweet.

We were very pleased with our stay! The house was clean and roomy for our family of 5. My children loved the pool and the house was very close to Disney World and shopping facilities. We had everything we needed and the owners were very easy to work with. We definitely recommend staying here!

The property is a very good size for a family of 5 with room to spare. It is very clean and the amenities are well thought of. We all had fun swimming and playing in the pool that’s also well maintained. It is located nearby shops, grocery stores to replenish any supply you may need. IThe owner, Helena is very responsive and accommodating to our last minute requests. It’s a very good experience staying here. Will definitely come back.

A wonderful vacation!
My family and I had a wonderful stay in Orlando at the H&M Villa! The house was clean, beautiful and organized. The neighborhood was centrally located and close to all the ammenities, including parks, playgrounds and shopping. It also backs up to a preserve, and so it was very quiet, and private, which we all appreciated - best of both worlds! My boys loved the wildlife (mostly the chameleons) and we all loved the pool! The owner was very attentive and easy to reach, though we had no problems during our stay. I would highly reccomend staying at the H&M Villa, and would do so again if/when we return to the Orlando area.

Fabulous Florida Getaway
My family had a wonderful Florida vacation in this beautiful home with a private pool. Everything was amazing!! The booking was very easy with prompt, detailed communication every step of the way. The home was perfect with each of our three kids getting their own private room, the oldest daughter even had her own on-suite bathroom which was perfect! Our kids lived in the pool and enjoyed using the inflatable pool toys. The owner, Helena, was very attentive with making sure our stay was enjoyable and comfortable, which we greatly appreciated. There are many near-by restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping centers which was great for our selective eaters. The Disney Parks and airport are so close as well, it’s in a great location. Highly recommend staying at this property! Thank you Helena for sharing your beautiful home with my family!
