If I could give them a zero star I would. They were extremely hard to get ahold of, we were locked out of the residence 2 nights in a row, then on the phone outside to try and even get into our rental. The pictures of the pool is false advertisement there is a pool there for an EXTRA cost of $106US daily. It was listed as having a pool not for extra money. This ruined a whole day for our kids . The Space was good. The upstairs bathroom holder had a lot of rust and it looked like it was poop on it. The main bedroom bathroom had splats of what looked like puke up the wall. The gate code to get into the village never did work. The people we spoke with had no idea what property we were even @! Never Again! There is so many nice kid friendly spots don’t waste your money on this falsely advertised property!

The townhome was amazing. The unit was exactly what we saw in the photos. It was spacious enough for my family of six. Nice spacious kitchen with adequate dishware, pots, etc. Nice large rooms. Beautiful compound. Quiet and clean. But by far it was the perfect location to everything. Literally five a five minute drive to eateries, shopping, grocery stores and gas. Luuvved it.!!!

Dirty Floors and Cold Showers
This property was nice but had some issues. The carpets had not been vacuumed in some time. The carpet was also stained in several places. There was a dried-on food stain on the chair in the master bedroom. The property had not been dusted in a while either. There was your usual rental wear and tear and would have been nice if it wasn't so dirty. I let the management know right away. To end the trip we had no natural gas in our unit for 2 days-which meant ice cold showers. There was an issue in the area and they assured us it would be fixed within 24 hours. It was not. I reached out to management again-for the 4th time. We were leaving and I asked for some kind of compensation for all of the issues. Off course I heard nothing back.
