The property was great. Everything was clean , rooms very spacious, corner property, close to club house. One of the beds in twin room was not very sturdy as it was leaning to one side and window shades were not the greatest but over all we loved the place and definitely would stay there again. Very comfortable.

Nice Experience
A satisfactory unit in a nice neighborhood. Not a lot to complain about, but not a lot to rave about. We've rented condos for 20+ years in the Orlando area and this unit/experience would rate somewhere in the middle...lets say a B- The positives....roomy and comfortable unit. Great location within the community with a very short 30 second walk to pool/restaurant area. Neighborhood is walking distance to Old Town, which was a nice entertainment option close by. Not exactly negatives but the potential improvements...very dated unit with old carpet, dated decor, didn't feel like a Florida retreat, definitely shows its age. Sparsely stocked, no extra TP, trash bags, paper towels etc. We expect to supply our own, but a few extra would have been nice. Cable tv didnt work. Bedroom tvs the size of computer monitors. Outside trash container insufficient. Vertical blinds throughout, broken slats, failed to block much light if you plan to sleep in. Again, no real complaints, just suggestions and observations. We enjoyed our time onsite.

It was a good stay. Enough space. Not as close as I thought to Universal. One major complaint the bathroom upstairs the bathtub is clog up! Couldn’t take a shower there. Good thing there were 2 additional showers. Also the blinds in the room are broken so can’t close them for the light not come in. Overall it was a nice place.

Townhome community is conveniently located to Disney parks and is a spacious area for our large family. We enjoy lots of bathrooms and full kitchen to prep food. The resort pool and gym are an added bonus.

annual disney trip
property was neat and clean, very easy to check in and get settled in. Very close to all the disney parks and shopping. Condo had plenty of room for 8 of us. Only draw back was, they suggested we start a load of towels before we left, but didn't supply any detergent wash the towels, a couple of supplied detergent pods would have been nice. But overall very pleased with the accommodations, would definitely stay at this property again.

Fun Weekend Getaway
Location is excellent. Property is tired and needs better furniture. No chairs in the bedrooms for sitting. All door and window vertical blinds need replacement.....all have broken or non working slats. TV's and wifi are very good. Kitchen needs more cookware. Main dining table only seats six...had to use kitchen table to comfortably sit eight people that the unit is rated at. We still enjoyed our stay and will lease again at Regal Oaks in the future.

A couple easy to fix problems. Management had no clue as to front gate code. Apparently it changes frequently. Given two wrong codes. I left a few articles in unit. I called after check out, was told they would check....never heard from management. Great property though.........................

Ants, broken door and missing essentials
Ants in all rooms, door to the washing machine broken hit me and fall when trying to open it. Boys bed was broken. All beds moved like paper. Hair on the mattress pad. All issues are listed on a piece of paper that the cleaning person did. But nothing was fixed. This house should NOT be rented until fixed.

Perfectly Convenient Location
We loved the pool and the spacious condo. It is extremely accessible and convenient to everything we did from Disney to Universal. The only downside was that we noticed ants in the downstairs area several times. We also wish we had been given instructions on trash procedures. Otherwise, everything was great.

This property was exactly as advertised. It was clean, very close to the pool, and a very short drive to Disney. It could use a coat of paint, but it's an excellent value. The registration process was cumbersome - had to print a very long contract to sign and scan back, which seems outdated in this digital age. Had trouble finding a printer and scanner to use.

Our family of 7 stayed here for a week. It was great! There was plenty of space for everyone. It was clean and in a safe area, close to the Orlando tourist attractions. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels. It was a great place to stay!

Family Disney Vacation
This property was absolutely perfect! The condo is close to restaurants and within 5 miles of all of the Disney parks. There was plenty of room for everyone. The heated pool was beautiful and the slides were great. The groundskeeper collects the trash daily from the bin on your front porch. We were very impressed with everything. We will definitely stay again.
