My reservation was cancelled while I was at the airport. Someone called and cancelled my reservation and left me a voice message . I was coming with my family, my two year old daughter and my wife We were so tired. I was charged for the night.

Clean Pool, GREAT location and staff… but
The major issues were the wifi which was not enough to watch Netflix or streat homework. The second was the most uncomfortable beds I have ever been in. The only other concern was noise. the walls and adjoining room were so thin you could hear the slightest talking, phone conversations and television which made us uncomfortable . Love this place but this was a bad experience … thank you and give it a shot, just remember kits not a 4 seasons but the staff with try their hardest.

It’s in a great location for universal studios/ restaurants etc all walking distance. I’ve stayed here 3 times now and the experience is getting worse by the stay. Room floors not clean furniture stained. Employees are nice but you can tell it’s just to get you out of their hair asap. Had to stay extra day and they totally took advantage 3x what I paid for the reservation. Smh but she knew she had me, will definitely pay the extra $ to stay at the options in same area on my next stay in Orlando this spring.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was maintained and the staff were courteous. The jacuzzi was amazing and the rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable.
