I arrived at hotel with a baby my senior mom and room WAS NOT READY at 3pm as agreed. We wanted to rest, so important for baby and my senior mom especially. We wanted to open luggages, organize at ease, as we normally do at hotels upon arrival. Once inside room late at night, we realized room WASN'T EVEN CLEANED!!! What was the point of waiting for our room if it was not going to be cleaned??? There were nasty hairs everywhere in the bathroom, including a hairball a pubic hair/man's chest hair in tub, ALL IN PLAIN SIGHT. SO NASTY! A dead spider in bathroom, shower stall areas super dirty, among other things. Big stain on sheets, quite a bit of crums/dirt under bedside tables, phone phone charger not working, furniture was dirty with big coffee stains and had many dents. A cigarrete burn in sofa. They forgot to reset alarm, so we were forcefully awaken on our 1st night at 6am. So much for a hotel that wants you to relax/rest well! Aside from all these terrible issues, because of the room not being ready on time "as promised", in the middle of this chaos, I forgot to take out snacks for my baby a special gift for my best friend I was meeting that day only. Had to spend out of pocket about $50 for snacks for baby in Disney. Also, the guests right across from us were very noisy(recorded them at past 11pm) and did sketchy activities, leaving kids outside for periods of time. The hotel MANAGER, HETA, is horrible/unprofessional. Till this date, I'm waiting for her reply.

The rooms ate little smaller to stay for 7 night's ! Convenient location to the parks and friendly staff. Breakfast variety is OK ! Shuttle to Disney available for free ! Hot tub and pool area is relaxing. Umbrellas and chairs are available.

Great experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making check-in smooth and effortless. Most hotels in the Orlando - Lake Buena Vista area now have an additional charge per-day for parking. We chose this hotel for the free breakfast and parking. Overall experience was good. Staff and service is definitely a 5 star. Location is convenient. Nice hotel for a friendly price.
