Not the hotel and/or service we expected!!!
This hotel was not what we expected after reading some reviews. The front desk lady was not friendly at all, the hot water in the shower never worked, the room smelled like wet carpet, pieces of paint coming out from the walls, cables that were never covered were hanging from the ceiling, one of the lamps didn't work, the main door had such a big gap from the floor that you could hear every noise and everyone walking outside the door, I mean I can keep going, the breakfast was not the best and we couldn't even take anything to our room for the kids because they wouldn't allow it. We are not very picky with hotels, but in general, this has been the worst experience our family has had in Orlando. I booked from Thursday to Sunday, but we left Friday morning. Never again!!

It is time for a deep renovation on the premises. They try to hide major reparation needs behind a coat of paint. Beds are a bit on the uncomfortable side, but still acceptable for the price. Ladies from the breakfast area very nice.

Nice, quiet stay
Room was clean & comfortable. The hallway had an odor to it, but we didn’t notice it in our room. The hotel seemed to be under some renovations, but it didn’t hamper our stay in any way.

Love it ! Definitely we’ll be back.
Todo fue perfecto, es un inn para llegar a descansar definitivamente, el personal super amable y atentos desde el momento que llegamos , limpio y ordenado. No es moderno pero definitivamente hacen lo mejor posible por tener todo en orden y limpio que es para mi lo más importante. Ofrecen desayuno , hay café todo el día ( que es una de mis cosas favoritas del hotel ) tienen máquinas dispensadoras en cada piso . Todo excelente.
