My family went to Universal over the summer. The location was perfect. The free shuttle beats paying parking. Just book ahead. The breakfast, all day tea and lemon water was great. I have been to a few hotels near Universal Studios at this price point and this hotel far exceeds my expectations.

LOVE our stay amazing experience highly recommended beds bathroom and cleaning service every day complete breakfast customer service was amazing attendance was 5 star the only thing was the kitchen inside the rooms are way to small for long stays there isn't a faucet to wash dishes had to clean inside the bathroom and a small fridge that we couldnt put a galon of milk and sodas .

We had 2 queens and a pull out couch for 4 people. Room was very spacious, breakfast had many options and the front desk was friendly. You can kinda tell that the rooms are a little older by the bathroom but it got the job done

The property, staff, and food was good, and the pool was nice. Parking was filled most nights as it is shared with nearby hotels. The only negative is that the room my family and I stayed in had bed bugs. My wife and daughter got bitten a few times and were left with a lot of bumps on their bodies. I would not stay there again.

the only thing i would have liked to be different was breakfast time. we were unable to have breakfast because it doesnt start until 7am and this is when the shared shuttle leaves for universal. if you are not going to park early or using shuttle this is not a problem.
