there is only 1 washer and 1 dryer in whole building, heater for hot tab was never turned on, most of front desk staffs are impolite and cold. Many small flies were observed in the bathroom sink. Asked for 2 queen bed rooms, but never gave to us (I have to sleep on the floor every night)

Highly recommend
This was an overnight stay after a cruise. The staff was friendly and helpful, early check in and shuttle service was great. We had to leave very early, so the grab and go coffee and muffin was perfect.The room was clean and spacious.

These suites were not what is pictured on Expedia. They are rundown and they are old. I do not see how they are classified as suites because they look like any old ordinary room at a motel to me.The carpet is old and nasty, and I was afraid to pick something up on my feet. The room smelled old and musky and the elevator was old and very jerky! When I was picked up at the airport by the shuttle driver I was yelled at, correction I was screamed at by the shuttle driver. He rudely asked me “how come I wasn’t answering my phone (airplane mode due to just landing) and if I was from Puerto Rico.” The other 6 shuttle bus guests were severely shocked that he would talk to somebody like that. The shuttle bus driver had two stops. He pulled up to the first stop and went inside with the guests. He left the rest of us who were being dropped off at the second stop in the shuttle for over 15 minutes before he came back out to take us to our stop. This place is NOT worth the money! I will Never stay there again!!!!
