I called the front desk daytime worker to book a one night stay. When I arrived , after traveling 4 hours to my shock my previously confirmed stay was canceled not long after being booked by someone there. I was told sorry your room was given to someone with a FEMA voucher. No one had the deceny to let me know this until time of arrival. Why? Because no one cared! thankfully I was able to find a competitor hotel in the night. I have nothing but negative thoughts about this particular Quality Inn.

The room in this hotel was nice and clean but that's where it ends. I had no hot water my entire stay. All I got both times I checked into it was "sorry". Also, there were people living at the hotel through FEMA and they hung out in the hallways and all through the hotel. This should have at least been mentioned when reserving.

Bad experience, I don't recommend this place.
This hotel is in a great location and had a very friendly front desk service lady. However, there were 4 major issues with the room. The floor was filthy (my bare feet turned black after walking on it for a short time), there was no internet connectivity within the room (had to walk outside to use cell phone), there was extremely overpowering artificial air freshener which caused my sinuses and throat to burn, and the air conditioner was as load as a boat engine. It was impossible to sleep. I asked for another room but none were available, so I left after only 2 hours to find other accommodations. It was non-refundable and a complete waste of good money.

Overall the hotel is clean and comfortable. What I didn't like was the dampening of cell abilities. There was no way to use my own hot spot connection to work. My stay was for evacuation purposes and I found the staff friendly but didn't really work with anyone in regards to late check out or extended stay. They can't tell me they had someone standing outside my door ready to clean my room the moment I checked out. Due to the cell issues, not sure I would stay there again if I have to work while there. Otherwise, it fit the purposes for why I was there and there were great places for walking the dogs.
