I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel, and I would not recommend it to anyone. The service was outright terrible, setting the tone for a very unpleasant experience. The staff lacked professionalism and courtesy from the moment I arrived. Checking in was a hassle, as the lobby was closed late at night, and I was forced to communicate through a tiny window like at a gas station. The attendant was visibly irritated, wore headphones the entire time, and made it clear that helping me was an inconvenience. The room was another letdown—dirty and poorly maintained. For the price I paid, I expected at least a clean and comfortable environment, but it was far from that. To make matters worse, the staff was incredibly intrusive. They knocked on my door 20 minutes before the official check-out time to rush me, which felt disrespectful and unnecessary. Additionally, the hotel’s payment systems are outdated and frustrating. Their Vending machines didn’t work properly, and they don’t accept cards. When I asked for a bottle of water to take my medication, I was told I had to pay $2. When I tried to pay, they insisted on cash only and still refused to give me a bottle. The lack of basic customer care in this situation was shocking. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Between the unclean room, rude and unprofessional staff, outdated payment systems, and lack of basic hospitality, I cannot

Placed me in a room with an inoperative heater on a cold night. I remained cold even while fully dressed in bed. I reported the inoperative heater the next day, so they placed a portable space heater in the room while I was away. But, the person plugged the space heater into an extension cord slot which blew the fuse. That part of the room had no power. It was obvious the staff did not know what they were doing, but I did, so I fixed the fuse myself. This is a Quality Inn with no quality.

DO NOT STAY HETE!!!!

We did not stay!! The place was filthy. When we walked it to hotel it reeked!! Walking into room there were cockroaches scattering and the bedding was disgusting, dirty, old and no mattress pad!!! Absolutely the WORST PLSCE I HAVE EVERCWALKED INTO!!!! How do I get a refund or credit????

Standard hotel. Nice if you need 3 days or so

This place is like home to me. I've experienced homelessness and when i can afford it this is one of the hotels i stay to regroup and rest. Plus it's normally quite.

It was clean free breakfast they run out of pancake mix no one replaced it. The fridge made noice and the sofa as well. Water pressure was low bar soap instead of bottle for hand washing. The heat worked as it was40 degrees. We thought it was another hotel we booked. It’s a family owned $3 fee per person. They held $50 but it was refunded.

You get what you pay for

This is an older hotel that was remodeled. Unfortunately, the comforters, sheets, and towels were all heavily stained. One of the bed's blankets had cigarette holes in it. There were roaches in the room. The TV didn't have signal and the staff declined to address it so, we were unable to use the TV during our stay. Not a pleasant stay, but served its purpose.

I walked in my room. Entrance light swtch didn't work. Walked in the bathroom and turn on that light. Floor and wall had about 20 roaches on it. I left immediately. Person at front desk offered no solution or refund even tho i was in the room for less than 90 seconds.

The actual room is okay, but with the roaches, the broken toilet seats, filthy floors, dirty shower and how high up the bed itself is... It just makes it feel disgusting.

Gross!!!

This hotel was disgusting. Roaches, dead and alive. Not only were there roaches, the smells in the area of sweat and filth. The room floor was dirty, so dirty that I don’t think has ever seen a broom or a mop. The bathroom toilet had pee splatter on it and even the lid. Also the toilet seat was broken in half. The bed comforter had burn marks all over it. Overall, horrible when it comes to cleanliness. On the plus side, area was very quiet. But, literally that’s the only positive thing I can say about it.
