Kinda ridiculous

It’s was fine, just ridiculous they charge you $35 to park your car and then a $40 resort which is fine I’m use to in Orlando but normally everywhere else refund it’s after your stay nope I was told $25 of that is non refundable. So you’re lucky if you get $15 back. Yeah we won’t be staying again because no matter the price of the room you might as well add $60 on top of that.

We were only staying one night, arrived late and left early, because of doing work at SeaWorld. I was told there was no resort fee because of our situation, yet we were charged after we left. Poor form to say one thing and do another.

Motel style hotel. 2 levels with multiple buildings all srou d the area ... outdoor consolidated motels. Very dark at night and mornings around these motel style buildings. No elevator! Dar staircase up and down feels unsafe. Washroom had cracked tiles and was very small. Looby and staff were great. And location is perfect.

Was given the wrong person’s bill when checking out. Loved that could walk to trolley stop at Sea World but didn’t like that no one working at hotel there knew where they were when I asked checking in (even though one - the less frequently one in front of their property.) Didn’t like that they said normally cabs in front of their building but of course when time to check out were none and the numbers given to book all went to voicemail. The market in their building had the worse pizza ever! Didn’t enjoy the cockroach that showed up the last night either.

Decided on this hotel in its proximity to major attractions. Staff at the front desk were slow not very friendly and didn’t offer many answers to my questions. One lady didn’t even know what discovery cove was, the partner of sea world that’s right next door. Room was musty/moldy like most reviews talk about. The heater didn’t work but I didn’t care about that the room remained comfortable. The last night I was there I came back from dinner around 10 pm to find my room was locked from the inside. The top swing latch was latched. Thinking that’s weird i went to have security unlock it but by the time I returned it was unlocked. Knowing I pulled to door shut and verified it was locked before leaving I tried to see if the door would lock accidentally. It would be impossible. The security guard, myself and the Orange County sheriff’s all agreed there was no way to lock it while leaving meaning someone was in the room while we were away. The security officer pulled the lock history and said someone did go In there that worked for the property. But couldn’t tell me who or why with out the property manager’s permission. He denied me access to the log and told me if I continued to ask he would have me removed. All for asking who had access my room items were stolen, but the unsettling part was my family’s safety is compromised at that point. The staff felt very hostile and uncomfortable at this point. They offered no help to my stuff being stolen or my safety being compromised
