Great property, terrible management
House, location, community are great!!!!!
Management company Jeeves is an absolute joke. Weeks leading up to our vacation had great communication with them. 3 days prior to arrival I had yet to receive a welcome packet with pertinent information. I emailed them and they responded the day of arrival. They responded with that my rental was rented out to someone else. After 1 hour on the phone, they acknowledged that the rental was under my name and they were wrong. They made a mistake. I asked again about a welcome packet and was told I would receive an email. I never received the email. The people at Encore resorts were extremely helpful and did everything they could within their power. My check in was at 4pm. I did not receive instruction on how to open key coded door until 4:45pm. Then in the pictures they show a barbeque. I buy a bunch of meat and invite family over, only to find out there is no barbeque. I called management and was told, "I should have read in the welcome packet" that I never received. They said the packet stated barbeque needs to be pre ordered for a fee. Ibsaid I'll take one. They respond that their vendor does not have anymore.
Never received an apology or a discount for all the confusion.
In closing I will say you can enjoy the property and have a great time. Make sure you check with the management company about your reservation over and over and over and over again to make sure your reservation is clearly understood
