Fantastic 4 Bedroom Villa in Westridge Manors South, Davenport Florida

This four bedroom/three full bathroom villa located in Westridge Manors South off of highway 27. Featuring a Queen en-suite master-bedroom, another queen en-suite and two twin bedrooms.

Family room with tv and dvd, full equipped kitchen and dining area. The pool area has a lanai, the house backs up to a nature reserve for those quiet nights. The games rooms is equipped with a pool table, foosball and dartboard.

Pool can be heated for $30.00 a day - this is not available for bookings under 5 days and payment will be taken when booking confirmed.

Spring break family get away.

Mattress in master suite a little uncomfortable. Over all stay was great. Perfect location and house nice and roomy.

Amazing

This property was as described. It was perfect for our family group of 6. Plenty of room to spread out a safety net around pool and pool table in garage. We had an issues so I emailed them and within minutes maintenance was at the door and problem was fixed. We look forward to staying at this house again our next trip.

The place was nice but there is some things that need attention.

Renting was very easy. The master bedroom needs a new mattress. It’s like a soap dish. My husband slept in it while I slept on the floor. The bed was horrible.

Needed a quick getaway with family and this was just the place. Everything is on one floor so no stairs to climb for those with elderly or toddlers.

Our family really enjoyed the home and will return and recommend to friends and family. The pool table has seen better days and should probably be replaced.

We were very pleased with our stay. Gillian was quick to respond to questions prior to our rental as well as after we booked. My mom uses a walker and the home concept allowed her mobility in the house as well as by the pool area. Would definitely recommend.

The house was very well maintained however, on arriving we found some of the floors needed to be cleaned a bit and dust accumulation on surfaces, we also found (while looking for a dropped earring) a bowl of peeled moldy orange under the bed, we also waited 2 weeks for a microwave light bulb to be replaced. Gillian and her husband are very nice and overall the house was taken care of. Very quiet area we slept well.

Our wonderful March vacation

We stayed at the manors at Westridge from March 17 to the 24. Our accommodations were great. The house was well laid out, with plenty of room for us all. There were 6 of us staying there. We used the heated pool everyday. It was awesome. I would highly recommend this house.

Property was great, family enjoyed the house. Just basic necessities would of been nice, paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags. Overall our stay was fantastic!

Wonderful Stay

We spent 8 days at this property and everything was GREAT! The pool was sparkling clean with more than adequate poolside furniture. All beds were comfortable, appliances all worked and there were plenty of towels, washcloths, etc. The location is a little far from Disney, about 15 mins., as traffic on 192 and I4 has gotten horrendous over the last couple years, but there is a Publix about a mile away and restaurants, drug stores, etc all very close. Being a little bit away from Disney isn't all bad as this house is in a very clean and pleasant neighborhood and there is not a sound in the area after dark. House was very clean, as was the yard and pool area. We have stayed in houses in the Kissimmee/Davenport area for fifteen yrs., and this house was among the best values we have had, we highly recommend it.

Nice but outdated

The home is nice and comfortable enough... but needs cosmetic updates. We were excited to have a heated pool for our 16 month old to play in... only to find out when we arrived you must request the heat be turned on days in advance at an extra charge. Since our stay was short it was to late to have it turned on... so we were very disappointed this info wasn't provided before hand and that we didn't get to use the pool.

Lovely home, plenty of amenities in gated community

The property manager, Gillian Stack, was a very helpful. The property was a true "home away from home" located in a very nice neighborhood. The location was safe and close to several grocery stores and dining options. It was also near many of the central Florida park attractions. We definitely enjoyed the stay and would consider staying at this property again.
