Great house, priced right
The property is in need of a bit of TLC but it is priced accordingly. The house met our needs and we had a great time. The only recommendation we would have is to stock the property with coffee filters, more dishwasher pods and garbage bags. We also never found the 5th full bathroom. The owner was very responsive and pleasant. Given the condition of the home and need of small amenities, the house is a bargain with 8 bedrooms and we would stay again.

The house was super clean and the host was great. We forgot to add the heat for the pool I called the host and we had heat that same day (within hours). I will definitely stay again. Near everything you need, Walmart 5 mins away, food, restaurants, gas.

Cold and miserable
1. No heat all week during one of Floridas coldest. 2. House was not clean..sent pictures 3. Paid $135. per day extra to heat jacuzzi,which never got warm. 4. After 3 1/2 days sent 2 potable heaters to heat 7 bedrooms, 5 bath 5. We had 2 elderl 85 yr olds who got Ill from the cold.

The house need some repairs.
The house was in a great location from Disney and old town but it did need some repairs. The tv remotes was missing backs or just missing all together. There was confusion about getting the pool heated. The furniture was old and outdated. We expected a lot more from this property. The grill was broken and filthy. The pool need cleaning also. The bottom was brown which thank god we had a community pool. We wouldn’t recommend staying here. There’s too many houses to choose from for 3 grand plus.

Just what we needed!
Overall experience was great, from checking in onwards. The house itself could have been cleaned more thoroughly but it wasn't to the point of filthiness. Other than that, we had a great and enjoyable time. Ample space for everyone in the group to be able to have their own space or socialize. Perfect for big groups. LOVED THE POOL!!!! The clubhouse was awesome as well!! The area was a great location too; easy to find. Would stay here again.

DO NOT RENT!!!!!
This property is not even worth it!! The furniture is old and broken, mold in the game room, on the shower curtain and window seal, popcorn was falling of the ceiling in the kids room, some ceiling fans didn’t work and were filthy, the handle on the half bath toilet came off, a remote was missing and the property owner doesn’t return calls, the lights in the pool didn’t work or the outside light over the front door, roaches were seen upstairs, the washer and dryer were pitiful. The metal broom handle is broken and I cut my arm on it. The certification is also expired. DO NOT RENT!!! The 1 star is for Kelly she’s apart of the property management she did great even though the majority of the issues she couldn’t fix.

Very dirty
When we got there the house was not cleaned. The dust and mold in between the folds of the shower curtains was gross! The add says heated pool but upon arrival we had to pay $400 to heat the pool and had to pay to use the grill which none of this information is in the add before booking the house. We paid for the pool and hot tub to be heated but the entire stay the pool and hot tub was cold. The hot tub was no were near hot enough to be a hot tub! The house was extremely cold we tried to heat the house but we had no luck, we would wake up to a house that is 66 degrees. Overall our stay at the house was very unpleasant! I wouldn’t recommend this house!!! The location however was perfect for us it’s located in the middle of a lot of attractions for families.
