Gated Resort Community With Extensive Facilities Close to WDW

This two storey town home is located on Regal Palms gated resort community and is walking distance from the on-site clubhouse and facilities. Downstairs there is an open plan seating and dining area, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. Patio doors from the lounge lead to a small covered seating area that backs onto grass. There is a twin bedded room with shared en-suite bathroom downstairs and the remainder of the bedrooms are upstairs. The master suite has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi tub. Bedroom 2 has two sets of double beds, a small balcony and en-suite bathroom also with jacuzzi tub. All bedrooms have a TV.

Regal Palms has plenty to do on-site including a zero entry swimming pool, lazy river, water slide, poolside tiki bar, beach volleyball court, ping pong, pool table, children's indoor play area and arcade, outdoor play area, restaurant, bar, fitness center and fully service day spa. The resort is walking distance from a grocery store, bars, restaurants, bank, gas station and take-outs. There is an 18 hole golf course on the neighboring community of Highlands Reserve and the Disney attractions are only a 15 minute drive away.

A daily resort fee in the amount of $20.00 per day plus tax applies to all reservations. The resort fee is paid locally at Regal Palms front desk check-in and not included in your reservation total.

Out front there is off street parking for two small cars or one larger vehicle and the home is within walking distance of the community pool and clubhouse.

Regal Palms is a gated community with 24 hour security and concierge help desk. There is an on-site restaurant and bar, children's indoor play area with arcade games, fitness center, full service day spa, shop, zero entry community pool, lazy river, water slide, children's play area, beach volleyball court and poolside tiki bar.

Within walking distance there is a grocery store, restaurants, bars, a bank, gas station, pharmacy and take-outs. The next door community of Highlands Reserve has an 18 hole golf course and the Disney attractions are easily accessible and only 15 minutes away.

Regal Palms Parking Procedure

No on Streets Parking - 3 Vehicle Limit

Each unit is authorized with a maximum of Three Vehicles. These three cars must be in your driveway; we ask for two cars to be vertical and one horizontal on the back. All cars must be registered with the clubhouse. No overnight street or Clubhouse parking. Cars violating parking rules will be towed at guest expense.
