My stay was excellent for the most part. The first room we were out in the shower didn’t work. Unfortunately we were left in that room a day and a half while the maintenance man refused to do his job. Eventually a new front clerk was on shift and helped us as this first one was not really caring about her job and helping us out. So shout out to the other worker wish I got his name. Room was really clean though and bed was comfortable

This is really a low end hotel dressed up to appear nice. Spa/Hot Tub? Ice cold! Pool area tiles falling apart. Staff at front desk mean, why? $30 a night for uncovered self parking? Never paid for parking at an off disney hotel before, but that much? Ridiculous.

The staff was very nice and the pool area was nice as well. Another plus was how close it was to Disney World. We had an issue with the noise and had to switch rooms because of a dog that was consistently barking. I called the front desk over 3 times and they tried to help but ultimately we just decided to switch rooms. Our new room was not the cleanest (dirty mirrors and dust on tables) but it was not awful. The beds were not comfortable at all and pillows are so flat. Overall it was an ok stay.
