This was a quick weekend trip to Disney with my kids, so the hotel served its purpose as just a place to sleep. I thought the $130 a night was reasonable, but then was disappointed to find out at check-in that I had to pay for parking, $27 a night. Since when did paying for parking become a thing at a hotel? I think it’s embarrassing for a hotel to have to charge their “guests” to park their car. What’s next? Charge for towels? Perhaps charge every time you flush the toilet? Maybe they’ll start charging us every time we go up and down the elevator. Ridiculous. I guess from now on when I search for hotels, I have to look for the ones that have free parking.

Clean but Beds are hard as rocks
The room was clean, lobby was lovely but the showerhead was very poor and the beds were extremely firm. The bathroom door was warped so it would get stuck and make a loud noise when closing it or forcing it open. As nice as the lobby and room being clean and tidy, we didnt get a great sleep.

Average Stay, Some Drawbacks We recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn and, unfortunately, it didn’t quite meet our expectations. The biggest issues were with the hot water, which was very inconsistent—it was a hit or miss. The parking situation was also a major inconvenience. All the doors were locked, leaving no additional access points, and to make things worse, many cars were double or even triple parked, making parking a hassle. While we are pet lovers, the outdoor pet break area smelled terrible due to owners not picking up after their dogs. Inside, the bathroom door in our room would get stuck, and it took some effort to get out, which was frustrating. On the positive side, the A/C worked great, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. However, given the inconveniences, we expected a bit more from our stay.

It was OK.
Hotel was ok. We thought the description mentioned free breakfast, but that was actually a "add on package". There's no free parking either. There were leaks and peeling paint in both our suite bathroom and in the main lobby. Water pressure was dismal for the shower, which was kinda a bummer. The free shuttle to the parks leaves only once a day and it's after opening and often before closing time. But the AC worked great and the price was good, so all thinks considering I'd probably book there again if it was a good deal.

Good hotel. The only observation I have is that the tiles by the lobby’s elevator area and the tiles inside the elevators themselves looked like they have not been cleaned in a while. Also, the hallway rugs and the room rugs are stained and have not been shampooed for some time. The rest of the hotel looked really nice.

Hurricane Milton is here and they aren’t granting late checkouts. The hotel is sold out and they will push you out even if it means pushing you outside and your life at risk. The hotel is rundown and dated, not nearly as nice as other hiltons I’ve stayed at. The railings in the elevators are broken some about to fall off, couches in the lobby are stained, and overall it feels like a motel. Staff don’t greet you when you walk in, aren’t friendly, and don’t make you feel welcome.

Quiet and hospitable
The staff was so helpful and kind. The room was quiet, even though we were across from.the elevators, and spacious. We got feesh coffee and tea in the lobby in the mornings and water from the gym. They have a shuttle every morning and twice in the evening going to and from Epcot. We really enjoyed our stay!
