First time staying at this hotel and from the moment we arrived we felt welcomed, the room was extra clean to the highest standard, the staff were efficient, attentive and very kind! The hotel was quiet and peaceful and there is a 24 hr Dennys at a walking distance, 8 minutes to Universal, free parking and simply made our stay memorable one. Thank you Hilton!

One of the front staff (black guy) was not kind and we felt uncomfortable as it was thought like racism. The room was clean and quite big, however we could not sleep well because of the light from the outside as there was no black out curtain at the window.
