I’d like to rate this Hotel higher because my family of four overall enjoyed our stay. The great location, good amenities, the lovely pool area, amazing lazy river and nice surrounding area, loved our balcony views… but the rooms obviously needed some serious upgrades. I understand the property is a little old but it is time for update or major renovations.

The hotel overall was nice. I will not go back though. It was so noisy all night long. You could hear the rooms next to you. Every person that walked down the hallway. Doors opening and closing… at one point I could hear a dog barking. Needless to say I got very little sleep.

This being the first trip my daughter has taken with her friend on her own, I am writing this review on her behalf. Starting with check in they graciously let them check in as early as 10 because a room was ready. She felt customer service seemed to get slightly annoyed with all the questions she had, but everything was answered. She stated on how clean everything was and after her showing me on FaceTime I can say everything looked so nice. She mentioned how much she loved the amenities, especially the lazy river. Also which made me very comfortable was she said the environment felt safe and secure. I give it 5 stars because she said she would definitely come back even just to stay and relax within the hotel. And after hearing that we’re already considering another stay as close as March because we found such cheap airfare to return to Florida, and this will be where we come just to relax. Thank you for her wonderful experience on her first unsupervised trip as a young adult!!!!
