The digital key is a great idea but we came in after dark and it was impossible to find where to park, to find our building and room and to navigate the hotel....the air con was on arctic blast, the sheets smelled like bleach and the beds were incredibly uncomfortable

Property is very close to Disney Springs. The outside area is beautiful. The shuttle service to the parks is prompt and fun. Loved every minute of our trip!! They even left champagne in our room on our anniversary - very nice touch!

It was a great hotel for our purposes. We didn’t really do much while there but the stay met my satisfaction. Our room was complimentary upgraded due to availability issues , that was also nice of them. Will definitely go back.
