My kids loved the lazy river. We rented a cabana and even though it is a bit pricy it was well worth it. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The Villas are a bit dated, the carpet was ripped and the repairs done around the Villa looked poorly done. I also killed to big roaches, which put a bad taste on my kids about staying again. Be careful sitting in the patio area if your Villa is at the end of a putting green on the golf course. We had a ball come directly at us and banged the sliding door so hard we had to check if it cracked it but it was fine. Overall the place is nice and secure. The rooms need updating.

I have been to this resort before with my family a couple times, but this is by far the worst experience when I came with my family. I stayed in the registration building and in that building service or any type of service. My microwave broke and did not work after day two and nobody came to fix it until we called and complained the day before we left and that’s when they started bringing all the services when we complained and it is not OK. It would have been at least one time during our stay to help with the room and changing the bedsheets and giving us fresh towels, and we just stayed with the same dirty towels. I don’t think I will be coming back, unfortunately

We just returned from a 2 week stay and had a great holiday. We stayed in the West and I had requested a remodelled room but we did. It receive this as it was pretty dated. If we came again. I round definitely ask to be moved. Other than this it was clean, and spacious, great facilities and the many pools were amazing with great staff.

We enjoyed our stay at Orange Lake! Check-in was a bit long, but I appreciate how thorough the member services representative was. We did not like brewing shuffled to the sales area before we could get the room keys. The gentleman was nice and understanding, but it was a too much to deal with after standing in the check in line for over 30 min. The property was beautiful and very comfortable. We enjoyed the variety of water parks and the eateries. The convenience of using out bands for purchases was a great feature. We'll definitely come again.

Good place to stay with family, don't get lured into buying a time share, they desperately try to sell one, such a waste, you can always come back to this property and pay cash and have all amenities, no need for a time share, you will be stuck forever paying maintenance, this is my 6th visit and will continue to come here

No complaints about the property. However, I did feel strong armed by staff during the "you should be an owner" presentation. They used my daughters income. She kept telling our guide that she could not afford it. And that after she pays her bills she barely has anything left. The woman kept pushing and pushing. Basically she did not care. I had to step in and reiterate what my daughter was saying. The way it's done at check-in I did not like. So it's mandatory for guest to do this presentation????? You guys sure do make it seem like that.
