Great time for our anniversary trip. The room we booked was not available when we checked in, which could have been a disaster, but hotel staff made sure we were taken care of by giving us the presidential suite for our stay instead!! It was amazing and I only wish we had more time to enjoy it even more.

Great location near universal parks. Perfect for a quick weekend getaway to park hop. Front desk was extremely nice! Didn’t get a chance to visit pool area but seemed very trendy and cute.

Fantastic stay!
I will always stay here now. They were welcoming, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and SO helpful! Every. Single. Person. Front desk, valet, housekeeping, everyone. The hotel is beautiful. Completely renovated, many options for food, drink, & necessities. Cannot recommend highly enough!
