Welcome to your Oasis at Sandy Ridge! Your health and well being is important to us. Our property management company complies with the SafeHome (VRMA & VRHP) Guidelines and has made the necessary measures to ensure proper sanitation is provided to all of our guests. Thank you to everyone in their efforts in promoting a healthy environment.

Our lifestyle has changed and so has our need for WIFI! Our high speed internet at Sandy Ridge was upgraded to 500 mbps to accommodate those who are working during their vacation and to meet the demand of multiple users streaming their own entertainment.

Sandy Ridge Oasis is a large 2000 sq.ft. bungalow with 4 bedrooms (sleeps 8), and 3 full bathrooms. This open concept home has the kitchen in the middle of the house, with a bar/counter overlooking the breakfast nook, family room (with a 65” Smart TV), and pool area lanai. Two work areas were recently added; a desk, office chair and a computer monitor for one of the workspace and the second workspace includes a desk and an office chair. Air conditioning and lots of ceiling fans ensure a cool comfortable interior.

There are 2 large master bedrooms with queen sized beds each with a 55" Smart TV and ensuite washrooms (5 and 3 piece washrooms). One master bedroom has an exit to the pool area, providing easy access to the shower and washroom after your swim. In addition to the 2 master bedrooms, there are 2 themed bedrooms, each have 2 twin beds each; 1 themed for Disney including Princess Elsa and Anna, and the other themed for Sea World. A Pack ‘n Play, stroller and highchair is available in the home for families with young children. There is also a playground for children and workout stations/equipment for adults 2 blocks down the street.

The best part of this vacation home is the view of the lake from the large 30 ft swimming pool, or from the covered lanai. A safety fence around the pool provides protection for our younger guests. Pool heat is optional at an additional fee but most of our late spring, summer and early fall guests do not require a heated pool. Simply relax from dawn ‘til dusk, or travel 10 minutes to World Drive, the entrance of Disney World!

We often update and upgrade our home and in 2019 hardwood flooring was installed throughout the entire house and the main areas of the house was painted. So far in 2022 a new microwave has been installed.

All within 1 mile of the house are: McDonald’s, Papa John’s, Pizza Hut, China King , CVS pharmacy, Anytime Fitness, Publix and Aldi grocery stores. A 24 hr Walmart 10 minutes away. Golf is 1.7 miles away at Reunion, and 3.2 miles away for Champions Gate.

Nice accommodations for an Orlando area vacation.
We enjoyed our stay. Communication with the property owner was very good. The house was as described, well maintained, and clean. We enjoyed having a pool to ourselves as a family. We were in a good location with quick access to restaurants and stores as well as being a short drive from major attractions such as Disney. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. We enjoyed watching the alligator that was living in the pond behind the house. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for our large group to spread out. Would stay again and would recommend.

The house was great! The pool was nice and clean! My family loved it! Only problem was the bedding and towels smelled awful! We got in late from our flight so wanted to take showers and go to bed. We had to just deal with it until the next morning when we bought laundry soap. We just rewashed everything. So the washer and dryer was very handy! Definitely wouldn't mind booking again other than the smell it was perfect!

Great property that is exactly as the listing describes. I would have no reservations about staying here again! Things I liked: - Floors were clean (because who wears shoes in Florida) - Pool and pool area was clean - Could be at all Disney parks in about 20-25 min with minimal traffic - Light switches were all labeled (this was great!) - AC was cold enough - Beds were comfortable - TV's in most rooms with online capability - Fast internet - Great view of the pond - Good common areas Minor things to improve - Better shower head in the master bath - Updated pillows The property management company was great as well. We left a wallet there and the PM company shipped it to us. Thanks a ton!!

Wonderful Vacation Property!
This spot is exactly as it seems in the pics! We had a wonderful two week stay here and enjoyed every moment! Although it is not a gated community, there was a great deal of privacy. We spent a lot of time in the pool which backs onto a pond for extra privacy. We’ve been to Florida at least a dozen times in the past 10 years and this pool by far was the best heated one we ever experienced. It was truly lovely! The house is located close to supermarkets, restaurants and Walmart for all your essential needs. Overall, the home was nicely furnished, stocked with household necessities, had a great TV a package for late night movies and the host was easily accessible if needed. I would definitely book again!

House was a good size for our family of 6, pool was great and well heated. Area is quiet and the pond was nice to look at. Owner is amazing with communication. The house could use some minor maintenance to things like closet doors and windows locks and a deep cleaning of walls, baseboards and window sills is definitely needed. I notified the owner and she responded immediately saying she will take this to her management company to rectify. Overall we had a great 2 weeks here and made wonderful memories.

Perfect home for the whole family!
The home was very clean and organized. The pool was definitely the best part of the entire experience. The rooms all had clean sheets. There was also an entire closet of clean towels which was very much appreciated. The kids and even a few adults enjoyed the game room. Overall the entire experience was amazing, and I highly reccomend this home for anybody interested.

Beautiful place to stay
From parking the car on drive walking in property looking round I was more than happy, family came to join us the week after and was also very happy. The television in the bedroom decided not to work we reported this to the management and it was sorted right away. We’ve stayed at a few villas but are hoping we can book this one again. More than happy would highly recommend this property

Loved it!
We just left from our week long stay at Sandy Ridge! We loved the house. It was super clean and the pool was wonderful. We chose to have it heated and the water felt great. Took us 20 min tops to get to the parks in the morning. The house was stocked with lots of things you’ll need but I recommend stopping for extra toilet paper and that kind of thing! We will be remembering this home when we return to Florida. :) Oh, check in was the easiest. I kept thinking I had forgotten to do something. Same with check out.

Great location/family friendly
Not good not was it an excellent location as it is close to several restaurants, grocery stores, shopping etc but the property was also very nice, roomy and clean. The game room and outdoor heated pool was great for keeping the kids busy as well as a small park right down the road. This location is only 20 minutes to all the Disney parks which was fantastic! Also the host was extremely helpful and friendly! I would greatly recommend staying here with friends or family!

Nice pool but big bug problem
Upon arrival the house smelled very clean and looked clean but as we got further into our stay we notice a lot of little things that I won’t mention here. What I will mention is the main issue we had. I know its Florida so you can’t get rid of bugs 100% but the game room had a ton of spiders and there was a bad ant problem all through the house. We found dead ants in two of the beds and on 3rd night of our 5 night stay, after a long day at magic kingdom, the master bedroom had probably a hundred ants so we packed our stuff and left a night early. We contacted the host after finding the dead ants and she did try to make it better but coming home and finding live ants for the 4th night in a row was all we could take. We had to stay up all night packing to leave a night early and no other accommodations were offered. House would be nice if the bug problem could get fixed.

Theme park vacation with niece and daughter.
The house had lots of space and comfortable rooms. Kitchen was also well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. We enjoyed our stay very much and Sabrina was great to rent from, always answered my questions quickly. The pool was wonderful, we had it heated. I gave it a 4 on cleanliness, not because the house was dirty, it wasn't. They requested us to wash the towels, but provided no laundry soap. We washed our dishes each day by hand until the last day, but we had to buy dish cloth and scrubber. It is not far from theme parks but traffic is heavy getting there.

The property check-in/out was very convenient. We enjoyed our time there and it was a comfortable home. Owner was very good with communication and very nice! The kids loved the pool and the size was perfect for our group. The house, dishes, and linens were clean with the exception of the game room. There were a few things we didn’t like. 1. There were tons of flies in the game room. None in the house but it was as if the flies were purposely trapped in the room. 2. Ants. There were a lot of ants on the property. We were bitten in our sleep and they were crawling over our empty luggage. 3. Lack of basic necessities. Upon receiving the info package we found that we only had minimal necessities and had to pick up everything from toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, and laundry detergent. Not sure if it was due to Covid but it’s a good thing Publix is down the road.

This house was perfect for us.
We asked to get in early and they let us. The house was perfect for us, the pool was the perfect temperature and the Wi-Fi was fast. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was that the game room games were wobbly and low quality, but that was not our main attraction. The pool was and it did not dissapoint.
