Pros: Front desk was knowledgeable and explains everything clearly. Area is pretty close to Disney. Not a pro or a con: Most of their staff only speak Spanish. Breakfast was just okay with very few selections, but they had a minion mascot come one breakfast which was super cute! My most con with this property is OTHER PEOPLE CAN ACTUALLY GO INSIDE YOUR ROOM WITH THEIR KEY!! We were parked across our room and was preparing to leave when we saw a girl swipe her key and open the door to our room!!! When we contacted the manager she said it wont happen again. When we asked how they can assure us that it wont happen again when it just happened a few minutes ago, she said she doesn’t know!!! She offered us to switch rooms as if that would solve the problem of people having access to your room with their key??? NOT SAFE AT ALL!!! Do not go here if you have valuables and if you do, DO NOT LEAVE THEM BEHIND!! Double lock your doors as well!!

This is a motel that only good if you have young kids. For anyone else it super uncomfortable, noisy, and inconvenient. There is nothing healthy to eat for breakfast. It’s a kids breakfast consisting of nothing but sugar (cakes, cereal, juice, waffles). The bed is cheapest spring mattress with a terrible box that offers NO support and squeaks with every movement. It literally seems like a sex motel with cheap fancy furniture and plenty of kid activities. The “VIP package” is just 2 bottles of Dasani water that I had to argue with staff to get. Ran out soap in the shower on the second day of my stay. Housekeeping only comes every 3 days to refresh towels, soap, etc. I will definitely not be returning.

Staff were very nice and helpful, breakfast was great but unfortunately the room that was given to us wasn’t clean properly. My husband had to ask for a clean sheet because he found hairs on the pillows and sink wasn’t clean as well.

THE HOTEL IS A SCAM! PHOTOS DON’T MATCH ROOM!!!!
Upon checking in at Magic Moment Resorts, the lobby was spectacular and made me feel completely comfortable. However, upon entering the room, the smell was unbearable, and the fumes were too much. I began to itch, cough, sneeze, and had a runny nose due to an allergic reaction. Additionally, the room did not match the pictures on the website. I immediately contacted the front desk and informed them of the situation. The front desk staff member offered me another room, but the same issues persisted. Frustrated, I politely asked for a refund. The agent assured me that I would get a refund for my deposit and resort fees, but since I booked through Hotels, Hotels would have to issue the refund upon their approval. The front desk staff also mentioned that the GM wouldn't be in until Monday, so I had to wait. On Monday, Hotels contacted Magic Moment Resorts and was informed that the GM was in a meeting. Later, Hotels was told that I didn't show up at the property, which was a lie. After further attempts, Magic Moment Resorts advised that I wouldn't receive a refund because it was non-refundable, despite what was on my invoice. They offered an upgrade, which I declined, simply requesting my refund, which was denied.

Everything about the hotel was good like the kids club, reception area and breakfast room except the actual room. Floor was sticky and dirty. The linen had stain marks on it. A 4star hotel should have better rooms. Staff was unapologetic. Breakfast had no vegetrian options for cooked items.

I have to say that for the price this place is amazing. My son had the best time and the environment was very welcoming and relaxing. They have kids games all over the place. Xbox for them to play. The pool was clean and the check-in was very easy. I will be coming back here again with my family.
