“El hotel Magic Moment Resort and Kids Club tiene muchas bondades que lo hacen destacar. Las instalaciones son bonitas, y su ambiente familiar es ideal para los niños. Sin embargo, la limpieza de las habitaciones podría mejorar. Se supone que la realizan cada 3 días, pero durante nuestra estadía no vimos que la hicieran; solo cambiaron las toallas y vaciaron los basureros. This is my second time staying at this hotel. For the price is excellent. It is definitely geared for kids. The buffet is absolutely kid delight. For adults I missed the veggie option the used to have.

I loved this family owned property for it’s location to the theme parks we were visiting and because even though we had neighbors on either side, we never heard them. The rooms were pretty typical for a hotel. They do charge a $30 per night resort fee, which essentially covers breakfast. So even though it’s listed as such breakfast really isn’t free for other members of my family who can eat gluten they enjoyed breakfast just fine, it was a bit tougher for me. They did have eggs and sausage each morning, but as I raise my own chickens, I’m a bit of a snob about what my eggs taste like and these were definitely powdered.

The hotel itself is a really great value. Motel style layout with nice amenities. Clean safe and great theme for children. Do not really like the resort fee add on but it is in line with what most of the other properties in the area charge. The biggest problem is that the room was described as having an additional seating area which i needed due to surgery The front desk said they do not have any rooms with chairs or additional seating.

The pool was excellent and beautiful. Lots for kids to do there. The room was old, furniture / tub and everything in the room was clearly old and had marks and stains and chip paint etc. all over them. The beds were comfortable but were not attached to the headboard and it kept moving away from the headboard. Also they had music playing by the pool and would randomly have Christian music playing which I thought was not appropriate, seems like they were low key trying to convert people and assumption that everyone is Christian too. Staff was great - was a great distance from Disney. Mixed feelings on stay.

Amazing hotel for kids literally has any and everything a kid could want great staff service clean rooms and bathrooms very close to many stores and restaurants and has theme park transportation for free pool is clean and they provide towels
