Great spot, Super close to universal. Other reviews say the breakfast isn’t great. The bagels, cereal, muffins, coffee and juice were just fine to get us started. Room was clean and the shower was fine. Beds were comfortable and my family slept great.

Luis was the gentleman that checked us in. He was very kind, friendly, helpful, and courteous. The hotel was cleaned and didn’t have the mildew smell that most hotels have. The room was a good size. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable which I enjoyed. The breakfast was a continental breakfast. They had bagels, cereal, muffins, coffee, juice, and milk. For me it was good and fresh. At check out it was easy. I will be staying here again.

This location is perfect for universal. The beds are very cozy. The place is a bit dated, but is still great. I wish they clarified that free breakfast is just a bagel bar.

The room is clean but it has dirty nooks and corners. Free flowing coffee helped us get through the day. I like the free parking too. You can’t get that nowadays. TV entertainment is great IMHO. the staff helped us all the way.

This is an average hotel but for the price and location soo close to Universal this can be a good option provided you are just looking to sleep through the night. They have complimentary breakfast of cofee:juice/bagel for a light grab in morning.

Dog accepted but not dog friendly
They accept pets but that’s not to say it is dog friendly knew I had a hog and put us on 5th floor and no do walk only parking lot that was dangerous and to small for the size of the hotel people paled behind all the cars it was chaos.

The condition of the hallway carpeting was not the best it smelled nasty, room layout was bad. Breakfast was cheap not quality… bagels toast everyday no variety…it won’t stay in this particular Hilton chain every again!!
