The hotel is very clean and nice looking and the bed was very comfortable with great pillows. Reasons for my lower rating: We didn't get any cleaning service in our room even though a lady in the hallway asked as we were heading out, if we wanted the room cleaned and we said yes. When we got back to the room and called down to the front desk we were told to come down to get more towels. Also the “free breakfast” was bagels. Maybe since I’ve stayed at other Hilton owned hotels is why I expected more. I’d stay there again since it’s so close to Universal but I’ll know next time to make other arrangements for breakfast and hope they actually clean my room.

Not impressed with pack and play condition
We stayed at this property recently and needed a pack and play and I was quite appalled by the condition of it. We brought our own anti septic wipes and crib sheet but still hated the thought of putting my baby in it. The room also smelled incredibly musty- unfortunately it was very late at night when we discovered all of this and had no choice but to stay still

Shower water only got luke warm. I could hear people in the hall while I was in my room. The breakfast was horrible. They added water to the orange juice. House keeping knocked loudly on my door around 10am. When I answered the door she just said “never mind”

Temp in the room was at 62 with it set at 50 degree when I first entered. I thought maybe someone pulled a prank. All staff said was sorry for the inconvenience. Bathroom was not cleaned. Had hair all over. Stayed two nights to find out there’s a leak behind the bath. Makes sense now why the temp was set so low. Switched to a different room and the hook on the wall fell off in the middle of the night. Toilet has a chipped piece too right by the handle. Both rooms have a weird smell to it. Staffs weren’t all very nice. All just sitting there to getting by the day. Not very helpful or compassionate. Will not return and don’t recommend.

I like that checkout isn’t until 12pm, and check-in was flawless. Really appreciated how nice the front desk clerk was. The room was comfortable. Some of the paint on doors you could tell were just painted over, but that’s a minimal issue. I hate that people smoke weed in hotels. Thankfully the smell wasn’t in our room, but the smell was strong in the hallway. We stayed on the 3rd floor. Really hate how common it’s become and comfortable people seem to be to smoke marijuana in hotels. I’m not sure what some hotels do to prevent that, but I really wish all of them did. The smell is pungent and if it was in the room, we would’ve been out of luck because we didn’t get in until 2:30am, and at that hour, there aren’t many options.

Property was very bright and welcoming upon entry. Staff was great and I liked the sparkly detail to the curtains in my room. I was a little shocked at how my room didn't have a microwave being that it was a "suite." The shower definitely needs some updating, but other than these things, my stay was great.
